Werewolves killing Elves? You’ve got to be joking.
That’s what came to Eliza’s mind when they were rushing back to the palace.
Like how in the world would a Werewolf kill an Elf unintentionally? Everyone knows that Elves are very powerful with their nature magic and all so someone whoever kills one of them must have a death wish and wanted to die early. Even so, the Elves would not have let the killer go that easily. Older Elves can sense if one of their dies so even if a wolf did kill one of them, the wolf’s head would be sent back to whatever pack he was from.
True to Wayne’s word, there was an army of Elves guarding the palace door, alert and weapons ready and they weren’t even that closed to the palace yet.
Wayne cursed as he came to a halt once they spotted the army.
