“One o'clock? Good. We just gorged on manapua. I need time to digest.”
“Let's walk it off at the mall and see what's there.”
“Thanh gave me good information back when I worked that Kauai case.” They walked down tree lined Kapiolani Boulevard. “He told me back then that he couldn't divulge certain facts that were in police records. That'll be the case again, but I'll bet you anything, he can shed some light on where we need to look next.”
