Strange occurrence.

Jacob's POV I nearly died of embarrassment as her eyes traveled to my erect member. She averted her gaze immediately but I know she had seen enough for it to be imprinted in her memory. Although, I couldn't blame myself or my manhood for what happened. The fact that she was so beautiful with her long white hair and that her nightie was nearly transparent was more than enough to justify my erection. I could see her n*****s pushing against the fabric of the cloth and one of her very long legs was partly exposed by the material. All these might not have affected me if it was another woman but I don't think any other woman could compare to the one standing before me right now. My eyes darted to the pile of clothes lying on the floor a few metres from her but I abandoned the thought. My erection was so hard that moving would make it hurt and I couldn't risk getting closer to the one who effected it. Left with no other option, I pointed to the clothes and said, “pass me those.” “No manners, uh?” She asked. Her voice was very pleasant to the ears and I would do anything to ensure I heard it again. She raised an eyebrow when I didn't say anything after a few seconds. “Please,” I said, reluctantly. She waited a few moments before moving to retrieve the clothes for me. She tossed them at me but my shirt fell out and landed into the water. I put on my underwear and my pants and when I was done, I took the shirt out of the water and flapped it. I flapped it a few more times and I was satisfied to see her flinch as some of the water from the shirt rained on her. There was a challenging look in her eyes when I stopped but she didn't say anything. After flapping most of the water out of my shirt, I squeezed the rest out and put it on. “Who are you?” I asked her. “I should be asking you that,” she retorted. “Feisty, uh?” I asked. I thrusted my hands in the pocket of my pants and started walking towards her. “Who are you, lady? And why are you out here by this time?” “It's none of your business, man, and I am free to go anywhere I want at any time I choose to,” she replied. Her answers were so confident that they got me thinking. The aura of importance around her, that white hair, and the way she carried herself. Of course, it was her. How could I have missed it from the start? “You're the Alpha's daughter, aren't you?” I said. Her silence confirmed that but now I was even more curious. Why was she out here in the woods in the middle of the night? I tried to detect her emotions but they were so scattered that I couldn't identify a single one. Maybe a little bit of anger, which was probably at me, and also a touch of surprise. But that was all I could get from her. “What's the daughter of the Alpha of the Harelson pack doing out here in the middle of the night?” I asked. I stared straight at her and she returned the stare. Her emerald green eyes mirrored the defiance in her and I could tell that she was a stubborn one. “You're not a member of the pack?” She asked in surprise. “Why do you ask?” I returned. I turned around to look at the flowing river. “The way you said ‘Harelson pack’. Trust me, you would be in trouble if you don't turn out to be a member of us,” she explained. I looked deep into her eyes and I realized that she was serious about not knowing who I am. That made me burst into laughter. “What's funny?” She demanded. “I find it hard to believe that you don't actually know who I am. I am part of the pack and I am not. Call me an outsider, or outcast, of sorts,” I said. “Bullshit,” she declared. “You're either in or out. Everyone knows that. Except if you're a rogue werewolf and I don't see that in you.” A strange scent filtered through the air and it triggered my instinct. Immediately alert, I held up a finger to stop her from talking. “Who do you think you are to shut me up?” she asked. “You know what? I th—” I moved fast. I saw the shock in her face as I put my hand over her mouth, muffling the rest of her words. She turned angry eyes on me but I didn't budge. Then she tried to grab my hand but my other hand prevented that. Then I felt a sharp pain on my palm and I pulled away immediately. “Are you crazy?” I asked in annoyance. I shook the bitten palm vigorously, as if to shake the pain away. “I should be asking you that,” she fired back. “Why did you cover my mouth?” “There's so—” Something black and big suddenly popped out of the woods and flew straight at her. The pain I felt from her bite had crippled my senses and I hadn't been able to detect her approach. Thankfully, her instincts were sharp and she ducked as the creature got to where she was. It flew for a few more meters then it did a quick flip and turned around. “It’s circling back. Get behind me,” I said to her, using hand gestures to support my words. But the princess didn't move. She was gripping her shoulder tightly and I could see the discomfort in her eyes. The creature was already flying back towards us and it was very fast. I had never seen anything like it before which made it harder to know how to confront it. I went to meet the princess and she winced when I tried to move her. The area of her clothes around her left shoulder was soaked in blood and she was maintaining her grip on the shoulder. The creature was getting closer to us now and I knew I wouldn't have the time to get her to safety. The only way was through. “Can you move?” I asked her and she nodded. “Good,” I said in relief. “Head to the woods. I'll handle this bastard.” She moved immediately and I returned my focus to the flying creature. I flexed my fingers, bringing my claws out and I began calculating. The creature was at my position in a few seconds and I lunged at it. If it hadn't been so fast, then I wouldn't have been able to get a good hit with that one swipe. It crashed to the floor a short distance from me and I ran towards it. It flailed and trashed around as I approached it but it had no fight left in it. I grabbed what looked like its hands and lifted it. It shrieked in pain and bared its large fangs at me. I moved my right claw back and forth in quick motions and blood as black as coal spurts onto my face. The creature stops moving and I let go of it. Sure that it was dead, I turned around to check on the princess. She was standing halfway between the woods and the river and she was still holding her injured shoulder. She started moving her free hand in frantic motions and it took me a few moments to realize that she wanted me to look at something behind me. When I turned around, there was nothing there except the river. Not even the creature that had been lying dead there a few seconds ago.
