"I swear... I didn't know... I really didn't know... I... I don't..... I love..."
Her red eyes turned heavy-lidded, and her body that was stuck to the wall for support went limp, her lips shivering. She uttered the words, whispering like a pained animal as her tears streamed down her flushed cheeks. Her eyes rolled to the back of her head, her magnificent blue eyes giving in as they closed, her body collapsing to the ground.
My arms circled her waist as I held her limp body in my embrace to prevent her from crashing to the ground, my body sinking to the ground with her as I tried to wake her up. She had collapsed either from weakness or shock, I assume it's the latter. Her pale face is stained in her tears as I pat her cheeks to wake her up, but unmistakably, she doesn't.
