Trips to Wren’s office always set me on edge. I was slowly growing more comfortable around Tobi’s father, but being summoned to his private office? That never meant anything casual. My shoulders loosened slightly the moment I spotted Catherine already seated inside, her serene smile cutting through my nerves.
