ALEX’ POV
“STOP!”
Every one froze in utter shock. We all turned to the loud sound and at the person standing by the doorway.
Mitchelle?
“Mitchelle?” Jea unknowingly repeated the words in my mind thru the mic.
I turned to her and our gazes met. Jea nods, urging me to take ahold of the situation.
“I’ll just take care of this.” I whispered to my sister.
Despite the confusion in her eyes, I didn’t wait for her response and descended the stage. With long strides I reached Sunny and held her hand, pulling her outside where we could talk more privately.
“Okay, well, that was some commercial break. Anyway, let’s continue with the messages!” Jea’s fading voice resounds the hall until it was gone when the double doors once again closed.
