14 “So,” Lisa began soberly, setting the chilled drinks down on the wooden table. “Tell me about Scarlett Reading.” She took a seat opposite and looked expectantly at Debbie. Debbie dipped her head and reached out to touch the sides of her glasses. “Erm … I don’t know where to start.” “Tell me what she was like,” Lisa encouraged. Debbie smiled slightly, “She was feisty and fun,” she disclosed flatly.
