"The whipped cream, how did you the zest in it with out changing the white color" another judge said.
"I only did about 1/2 tablespoon of the plum juice into it, and it is purple if you look closely in the light you seem smear's of purple but it's really light" Abby said.
The Judges face the cake into a brighter lighting, and they were able to see the purple which was really faint, they took another bite this time dip it to the edges, they all had wide eyes.
"It's sweet, tangy, sour all combined makes it go well with the cream" a judge said.
