"Can't I get something for the pain" Abby wined out.
Helena was rubbing her back, as she laid on the bed.
"Sorry sweetie your not yet there so you cant have it" Helena said.
"How long to go?" Abby said.
"I'll ask the nurse" Helena said.
Abby nodded her head, Gloria and Emma were sleeping on the small cot they been in the hospital since yesterday afternoon when her water broke, she was able to get some sleep here and there but the labor pains were hurting her.
"The nurse said you need to be at least three meters, why don't we take a walk so we can move it along" Helena said
Abby nodded her head, as Helena helped her up from the bed, she was walking around the room and she now needed someone to help her walk as her belly was big sticking out, she rub her belly as well as taking deep breaths.
"Come on my little ones mommy wants to see you so does, Grandpa Arthur and David as well as Grandma Helena and both your Aunty Gloria and Emma." Abby said.
"Let's get on the bouncy ball" Helena said.
They went to the ball as Helena was behind her as she bounce on it, a few moments later Emma and Gloria woke up.
"Nothing yet?" Gloria yawned out.
"No not-" Helena was saying but got cut off.
"Ow, ow, ow" Abby said.
"Let's get you back on the bed, Emma get the doctor" Helena said.
Helena helped Abby back on the bed.
"Okay, let's go see if you are ready to push" Dr. Jackson said.
He went to Abby's bed, and lift the sheets up a bit as he looked down.
"Okay it looks like you are ready to push, let's get you sitting up a bit and can I have one of you ladies get behind her to hold her up" Dr. Jackson said.
Helena went behind, Abby was holding on to Gloria and Emma.
"Okay I need you two ladies to hold the back of her thighs and Abby start pushing" Dr. Jackson said.
Abby nodded her head as she lean up, and pushed as she screamed out after a bit she lean back.
"Okay I see the head. One more push" Dr. Jackson said
Abby took three deep breaths and push again, after a while she felt something come out.
"And we have baby boy A" Dr. Jackson said.
The baby was crying, as Abby saw the nurse take him.
"Hunter Antonio Torrez" Abby said breathless.
"Hunter Torrez born March 05th time 2:31 pm, 10 lbs 11 0z" the nurse said
Abby watched as she place him in the small crib, clean in a baby blue blanket, they already place the clothes out for them, Abby hummed out as she felt another wave of pain.
"Okay next baby is coming" Dr. Jackson said
Helena was wiping Abby's face, she took a few deep breaths and pushed only a few seconds she stop.
"I can't, I feel faint" Abby said
"Okay Abby I need you to stay with me, you need to push I see the head" Dr. Jackson said.
Abby nodded weakly, trying to take deep breaths with the help of Helena she lean up, Abby took a few more breaths and pushed as she screamed out a few seconds later she heard a baby cry out, leaning back breathless and weak she saw the nurse take the baby for cleaning.
"Baby boy B is here" Dr. Jackson said.
"Lorenzo Amato Torrez" She said weakly, her eyes opening and closing.
"Lorenzo Amato Torrez born March 05th time 2:40 pm, 10 lbs 10 oz" the nurse said
She place him next to Hunter, Abby looked to her side at the little ones as she smiled, she soon felt cold and everything was slowly getting dark.
"We need to get her to the OR" Dr. Jackson yelled out.
Abby heard it lightly, she looked up and can see the lights going by as she looked, she closed her eyes but when she open again a big light above her and saw the doctor leaning towards her, she spoke out so the doctor moved her air away from her.
"Maria....Maria Aurora" Abby said softly
"Okay just hang in their Abby" the doctor said
Abby looked beyond the doctor as the lights slowly darken, Arthur and the rest were waiting outside the operation room, a few moment later the nurse came out wheeling a small crib bed, they all stood up and behind them was Abby she was pale and her eyes were closed.
"Doctor?" Arthur said.
"She's fine the birthing just took a lot out of her that's why she couldn't deliver the last baby, as for the baby Maria Aurora Torrez 9 lbs 10 oz, born March 05th at 3:00pm" Dr. Jackson said
"When will she wake up?" Helena asked.
"Middle of the night, she needs rest for now" Dr. Jackson said.
The family nodded there heads as they went back into Abby's room, the three babies were all in their cribs together by Abby's bed, the family each saw the baby but didn't pick them up it would be only fair if Abby was the first so they just saw them from a distance. After the visit the said their goodbyes to Arthur and they would be back in the morning, Abby slept throw out the night by morning she slowly open her eyes, she turn to her side and saw the three bundles laying there, two blues and one pink she smiled she wanted to get up and see them but she felt pain on her stomach she hissed out.
"Pumpkin" her father said.
"Hey daddy, did you see them" Abby said.
"Yeah, their so beautiful and Maria looks just like you so beautiful, doctor said your going to be here for awhile since they did a C-section on you" Arthur said.
"Are they healthy?" Abby asked
"Yes they are, do you want to see them?" Arthur said
Abby nodded her head, Arthur helped her sit up a bit and get comfortable before he went to get the babies.
