*Chapter one : Another new day*

6:00 am

Beep... Beep...

"fu*k Don't tell it's morning already" 17 years old

Mike Wilkinson muttered as he was woken up by the alarm ringing, although he was not exactly a morning person or a night Owl, the reason he was irritated was that he did not sleep well last night.

he stood up from his bed and looked at the messy room and the obvious white stain on his underwear lying on the floor, he blushed for a moment before he quickly took his underwear and ran to the bathroom.

6:45 am

in the sitting room, Madam Wilkinson shouted at her son who she obviously, thought had not woken up

"Mike, if you don't come out of your bed, don't you dare ask for breakfast"

"Mum, you are being partial, Mich isn't out of bed yet," Mike said coming out of his room dressed.

"you need to know that one day you will become a man of your own family" she replied" And your sister is still young she still needs that sleep" she added.

Hearing his Mum mentioning him becoming "a man of his own family" Mike could only shake his head bitterly and say "Mum just know that I love you if in the future something that says otherwise happens, I want you to believe I love you"

"This boy! hope you are not going to do something illegal that's going to put you in jail" Madam Wilkinson exclaimed

Mike laughed it off telling her he was just proclaiming his love for her, although she had some doubt she could only go with the explanation and go into the kitchen to prepare his breakfast, after breakfast, he set off to school.

in the Harmony High School, the noise made by the students filled the compound

"Mike!"

Mike was on his way to school when he heard someone call his name, he looked up and saw that it was Nathan Blackwood, his secret crush, seeing him on the first day after summer, Mike was suddenly flustered, he did not know how to approach him before he could think of what to do, Nathan was already in front of him, his face being enlarged in Mike's face, Mike could not help but be in a daze thinking about what he had done last night, he suddenly turned red he tried to take a step back but he heard Nathan said worrying "what's wrong are you being bullied, don't worry tell big brother who bullied you, big brother will fight for you"

"no, no, no...."Mike stuttered he could not think of what to say but he added "No one bullied me, you...." yet again, words betrayed Mike.

Nathan obviously, doesn't believe but he makes a gesture telling Mike he believes him, in his mind, he was already thinking about how he would ask around to know who bullied Mike, Nathan is not to be blamed for thinking like this it just that Mike has that striking Seraphine eyes and blonde hair with that pretty cute face that gives people the urge to bullied him, this was how Nathan meet Mike.

both of them entered the school with Mike leading the way and Nathan following him at the back.

"hey look it's Mike"

"Mike? you mean that cute Mike, where is he?"

"I can't believe you don't see him, he was practically in front of you"

"you can't blame me all my attention was focused on Nathan, he looked dazzling today "

"True! but Mike looks good too..."

As the girl chatted away Mike hearing them could not help but look at the serious face of the handsome boy behind him, he could not help but blush again.

Nathan, who was looking after Mike saw that his face was red, he thought Mike didn't like being called cute so look at the girl with malice "It seems like you like detention very much"

the girls, who are already familiar with the ways he deals with things, quickly run away, Mike is once again speechless.

Mike had to go to his class with Nathan behind him as a bodyguard, nobody dared to approach Mike even when they had the urge to pinch his cheek, because everyone was afraid of the ruthless boy behind him because they all knew what he could do.

upon entering the classroom the class suddenly became silent knowing it was because of Nathan behind him, Mike helplessly chased Nathan away and walked to his seat, Everyone looked at Mike with admiration because he was the only one who could do that to Nathan, Mike could only sigh In helplessness, Everyone in the school thought Nathan was just being kind to his brother because Everyone believes he, Mike, was a little brother to Nathan which was wrong, only he knows what kind of thought he had towards him and he's willing to do anything to protect that secret. upon sitting in his seat his friend, Marcus Caldwell, came close and Said with envy"If only I had Nathan as my bodyguard, then I would be happy for the whole"

Mike looked at him and smirked at him "You know that's impossible"

Marcus glared at him but looking at that cute face that was smirking at him he could not help but laugh which caused both of them to laugh together.

later, when the English teacher was around, all the students stopped what they were doing and focused on the teacher, cause everyone knew Mr. Rigby was a strict teacher, and any distraction was a detention, and everyone wanted to go home early.

while he was teaching, Mr. Rigby always called Mike to come to answer the questions he had for the students since Mike was his favorite student not only because of his innocent face but because he was obedient and attentive to his class when he was done with the class, he went out to meet Nathan who having his gym class

when he saw the sweat running through his body, Mike was In a daze and gulped

"like what you see ?" Nathan said to Mike "Don't worry if you often gym you will have a body like mine."Nathan added as he winked at Mike.

Mike's heart skipped a beat as he was at a loss for what to say he could only nod and tried to take his eyes away

"I just want to tell you am done with class."

usually, Nathan takes Mike home but today was different "Am sorry Mike I won't be able to take you home today I have an appointment with Eleanor Roosevelt."Nathan said "you know am trying everything I could to pursue Eleanor but don't worry I told my friend to take you home" Nathan added putting his arms on Mike's shoulder

'Eleanor again!' Mike thought but he faked a smile and replied "Don't worry your friend I will go home myself." "I hope you successfully pursue Eleanor," he said with clenched teeth he was not happy, not that he hated Eleanor he hated the fact that she had to come between Nathan and him it would have been easier to have Nathan if there was no Eleanor.

He had to go home alone, he was not afraid he just liked Nathan's company.
