CHAPTER TWENTY-THREE Rozol and Opticon fell into the endless magma and lost all track of time as they fought, trading blows in the boiling abyss of molten rock. Something changed, however. Sam barely noticed it as she dodged another long blade that skimmed against her side, causing sparks to fly. This abyss appeared less like a chamber, and more like a sky and the two of them were falling through something she didn’t understand.
