CHAPTER THIRTY
The armed forces were the last thing on Sam’s mind as she tried to make a plan about what to do next. It wouldn’t be long before the two of them were causing destruction on a horrid scale. She broke into a run, holding her blade straight out in front of her as she did. She jumped over the two combatants. It was a perfect plan. She landed behind Amin and decided she’d start by taking out the most dangerous part of it.
She swung that blade and sliced the tail of the thing off in one clean swipe. To her surprise there was no blood, no energy or anything. A piece of the tail was cut off and it flew to the right.
