Demeter searched the entire main hall of Olympus, but found it was empty. All of the Gods had abandoned this place already. She didn’t want to talk to all of them in Othrys at once but that is what was going to have to happen.
“Damnit. I thought he’d still be here at least a little longer,” she said and was disappointed that they had left, but then she heard heavy footsteps out in the throne room and she gained some hope that one of them had returned. She rushed out to see who it was, but it wasn’t anyone she was expecting.
