I finished my last order and headed to locker to change my clothes.
I checked my phone, no text.
I changed my clothes and Christina held my hand pulling me with her.
I called Alessandro but frowned because it says his phone is switched off.
My phone started ringing showing Tristan is calling.
I picked up the phone hurriedly.
"Mercedes, your shift must have ended by now. One of our men is on the way to pick you up and drop you at home."
"Why Tristan? what happened? Where is Alessandro?" I asked worriedly.
I could sense stress in his voice as he speak.
"Just some mafia business Mercedes. Our man will drop you."
