Antonia sat on the bed as she stared into blank space thinking about what happened earlier that day, it still came as a shock to her that all this while Edward had never seen her as someone worthy of his love.
She let the tears that welled up in her eyes flow down, she had to do something about it before she gives birth to the baby in her womb.
“What is it Antonia? I rushed down here as soon as you sent for me” Meredith said as she walked closer to her best and only friend to see her in tears, completely broken.
“You warned me, but I didn’t listen to you you tried to tell me that he never loved me but I did not listen. I was blinded by all his sweet talks and all his flattering words” Antonia said as she sobbed.
