Maureen Atkins was the pretty brunette who ran the pack's restaurant for ranked wolves. Though a warrior by birth, she chose to use her skills and claws in the kitchen instead of the outdoors. Having the new Alpha eat at her restaurant was something she'd been looking forward to all day.
So when the Beta called to cancel, it felt like her heart was being torn in two. Then he'd asked her to bring the meal to the mansion.
Maureen was more than delighted as she and the servant set to work on serving the Alpha and Luna-to-be. To her great disappointment, she was not allowed to wait to see how Alpha Jett liked the meal.
"Enjoy the meal, Alpha," she called as the Beta urged her out of the dining. "And Miss Cliffe."
