“What do you mean hes not my son?” Dante says looking at Serenity angrily as the room goes deathly silent “WHY IS HE NOT MY SON?” his eyes turning crimson as he tries not to turn full wolf

“I’m sorry, He’s not, hes not, I was pregnant with Silus after you left for that convention in Tokyo and well I’m sorry” she says dropping to the floor crying

“I I can’t believe this” Silus says running to my room and I run after him “She lied I’m not even my father’s son then  who the hell am I!” running his hands thru his hair angrily pacing about my room as I sit on ym bed sad “I mean for the last twenty year I believed that I was to naturally inherit the stature of high priest but no I can’t and now I don’t even know how to feel” sighing and settling in my computer chair groaning “Why why would she lie I men she could have just told me herself but no she lied for twenty years” putting his head in his hands

“Siiiiiii don’t fret I’m pretty sure your mom has valid reason for not telling you but probably not a good reason” I cut off as more shouting from downstairs in the dining room and I say “Oh boy this should be good” running to the baluster looking into the dining room and the room is a mess

“WHAT DO YOU MEAN HES PART DEMON WHAT HALF MINDED DEAL DID YOU MAKE WITH MY SON?” Dante screams as Serenity drops it the floor and screams back

“HES NOT YOUR SON HIS FATHER WAS SUPPOSED TO COME GET HIM TONIGHT ALONG WITH SIGAN SHE IS HIS RIGHTFUL MATE” and the shouting starts again and I hear Silus whine and I walk over to him and rubs his head pulling his head to my chest

“So, I’m a demon wolf hybrid hmmm no wonder why I felt like I was such a freak for the past twenty years” as I sit down next to him and sets his head in my lap rubbing it slowly “Wow and no wonder why we got along so well we were mates by destiny” chuckling while whining sadly

“Well hey at least you’re not a hellhound because then you would really be f****d” laughing and rubbing his head and hears him chuckle “Plus everyone knows that demons hearts only beats when they truly find there mate I mean yours always beat loudly when you were near me so I always assumed that you were mines so I wasn’t worried about that part but then you’ll live longer then me” pouting when I realized that and stopped rubbing his head and sits up and says

“Don’t forget your also part witch so you will find a way to live longer and wolves live pretty long lives themselves so I wouldn’t worry about It to much” kissing my cheek as he pulls me in his lap and I hear something crash and he groans “This terrible lets go stop them before there’s an all-out war” as I crawl off his lap and follows him downstairs and stop looking at the chaos and I scream

“WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON IN HERE!” and the adults stop and Serenity fixes herself and clears her throat

“Just adult conversation and your mother losing her temper” walking into the garden leaving the chaos behind her “Well Dante shall we take this in the garden or do you wanna make more of a fool of yourself inside?”

“Your one to talk slut” Dante says and the room goes deathly silent as he stands tall

“What did you call me?” Serenity says slowly turning looking at him with a killer glare “You dare call em a slut for what I did and the number of women you have taken to bed and the number of virgins you have deflowered and you dare call me a slut because my true mate is a demon prince and I choose to be with my own kind and you dare call me a slut?” walking towards him angrily and strikes his with a smack loud enough that the birds stop chirping

“s**t JUST GOT REAL” Silus and I scream loudly and laughs heavily and sees my mom give us a dark look

“SIGAN VIOLET HOWARD” my father screams making the whole house shake wildly as my heart drops to my feet and I go cold and gulp “Silus you should know better so you two upstairs and I will call you back down when dinner is to be continued” as we walk back to my room and asks “If dinner doesn’t continue in an hour wanna call Grub Hub and order chicken nuggets and fries?” settling at my computer and as Silus claims my bed laying on his back staring at the ceiling and I take in all of him and says “You need to get out more you look pale and like a vampire” and he throws a pillow at my head “FUCKER” laughing and hits him with it “I’m just trying to help you laugh and look like you belong with the undead” and he sits up and says

“You wanna talk about going outside your so pale for a black girl most people think your half white” chuckling “Sheesh this summer you were like a peach now you like chocolate milk that barely has any chocolate in it.” Laughing and hold his stomach

“Please Silus your so thin everyone in high school swore up and down you were anorexic”
