The New Genius

Pangu rested on a 500 foot statue of him as he looked down, there were several creatures worshipping him, the creatures had black skin, six tentacles protruding from their backs, ugly scales on their body and they were continuously bowing down to his gigantic statue. The place he sat upon was a 4D plane and those creatures were of 4D tier, as a result, they could manipulate space and time mentally but yet, they knew who the caretaker of the sixth omniverse was and they paid their due respects to him.

Pangu was overjoyed at their worship and devotion but he felt discrepancies in the time-space continuum that affected the plane where he was, he could feel time being stopped for all the creatures, even though the creatures were above the time concept but since it was being imposed by a creature of far higher dimensional hierarchy to them, they had immediately been subdued and subjected. Appearing before Pangu after all life in his omniverse had immediately been halted was none other than a Jade Rabbit.

Pangu could feel it, there were infinite realities each containing infinite archverses of all tiers and dimensional planes from 1D to infinte dimensional as these could all be found in the Omniverses residing in creation and every life form in each of those realities had been frozen and paused in a particular spot.

Pangu was amazed at the sight of the Jade rabbit, he knew the only god who could summon the Jade rabbit at will and use them occasionally as her servants was Change'e.

"This is strange," Pangu thought to himself. "I know Change'e sends jade rabbits to pass relevant information to other gods but the relationship I have with her is different, usually whenever she wanted to discuss something with me, she would personally make an appearance but for her to send a Jade rabbit to me, it means she might not have been able to make it due to something that's beyond her," Pangu could suddenly feel his head ticking and he hoped for the sake of Change'e that he was wrong. "I hope it's not the godkiller."

"Pangu," the Jade rabbit began in Change'e's voice. "I need your help, please help me, I am at the middle heaven," it said.

As Pangu heard what the Jade rabbit said, he stood upright on the statue where he stood, he was a tall creature, about 7 feet in height, though, he was disgustingly ugly.

"Change'e," Pangu said as he raised his right arm, he connected it to the bare space before him. "I am coming for you." As he did, cracks opened up in the bare space and immediately, a portal appeared, Pangu looked in the direction of the Jade rabbit. "One more thing, never ever interfere with the life located in my omniverse anymore," as he said that, he resumed the time flow of every creature in his omniverse before jumping into the portal that he had created. Once he had entered, the created portal vanished.

Pangu reappeared in the middle heaven, where Change'e was earlier on. Pangu looked around, flaring his nostrils, he sniffed around.

"There was a battle here," he began. "The scent of this creatures, it's nearly like the one Xiwangmu used to attack Sun Wukong, demons of Naz'reel she called it but what was their purpose here and of what relation was it to Change'e."

{All the gods even though Omnipotent had unique abilities, for Xiwangmu, she was just more powerful than the rest, Sun Wukong could copy those unique abilities(none of the gods knew about his ability) and for Pangu, he could get the scent of the beings above dimensional plane of existence including the gods and the Jade Emperor as the gods being who they are were not supposed to be have a scent in particular as that concept didn't apply to them, they could determine their smell, taste and several others which humans couldn't but Pangu's unique ability was getting a particular scent for them and with that, he could predict what they had been up to and the form of ability they had recently used, it was quite useful}.

"I also smell Change'e scent," Pangu thought as he crouched down to the ground. "Though several things are strange, I can't seem to find Xiwangmu's scent here and also, the demons of Naz'reel certainly didn't make a kill of anyone with godly essence at least not here as I can't smell a kill," Pangu thought to himself as he stood upright. "Change'e also suddenly disappeared but where could she have gone to, where did she trust she would find refuge and safety?"

"Pangu, is that you?" came a lovely sonorous voice behind him. Pangu recognised that voice, it was unmistakable, that was definitely Change'e.

He turned towards her and he wasn't wrong, the beautiful goddess of the moon was standing right before him and as he looked at her, he could feel it in his very core that something was wrong.

"Change'e," Pangu began. "You sent a Jade rabbit after me, it was shocking, I thought..."

"You thought what," Change'e now had a cruel smile on her lips. "That I esteemed you higher than the remaining gods, Gyhahahahha," she laughed cruelly as she continued. "Don't make me laugh, you are not special by any standards and you are of inconsequential worth to me, all I used you for was just to comfort me after my husband and I separated, don't overestimate yourself, you are not worth it," she ends cruelly without missing a beat. "Now, to the real reason why I called you, I was bored and I needed someone to play with, come along, my plaything," she said pointing two fingers towards him.

Pangu could feel his eyes going red but he struggled to hold down the tears coming from his eyes.

"Awwn, does little ugly monster wanna cry," he heard the despicable voice of the god of mischief from a redwood tree. Pangu looked above and saw Sun Wukong on the tree, he has a mocking smile on his lips as he gazed downwards at him. "I have heard of being beaten with the ugly stick but gee, you were flogged silly, it's almost like the Jade Emperor created you to set the standard for ugliness."

"Shut up!!!" Pangu growled at him as he snickered his teeth.

"How about I do you one better?" Sun Wukong grinned as he his tail curled around a branch on the tree and he looked at Pangu. "I would never talk again if you could get anyone to love you, following Change'e for millenniums, did you think someone like you would ever find love or did you think she'd take you as a replacement, face it, people like you will never have a place to belong, you should be the god of social misfits and freaks as that's the title that suit you best perfectly."

"That's enough," Change'e says in Sun Wukong's direction. "I don't recall asking for your opinion."

"Neither was I giving my opinion," Sun Wukong answered her back sharply. "I was only saying things the way they are, Pangu needed to understand the nature of your relationship so he would stop following you around like a deranged simp, that attitude sickens me," Sun Wukong grinned as he jumped away. "With the way Change'e treated him, Pangu would be devastated for a while, I need him to face that as I have to first get rid of whoseover Change'e passed the memories in Zhangshun Shan's team to, Mui Li is a crucial pawn in this game, he needs to ascertain who it is, knowing Change'e, if she's half as smart as I think she is, she would have encoded something else in whosoever she returned back the memories to in hopes of Pangu finding out that person, it must be an encrypted message that only someone with the same essence of her's or higher can c***k or she could have left the message for just Zhangshun Shan," Sun Wukong thought as a friend crept on his face but almost immediately, it was replaced by a sly smile. "damnit, Change'e, you really made this more exciting."

Pangu felt devastated as he just stood where he was, looking towards Change'e's direction. "I re... really tho... thought we were connecting," he stammers.

"The only two things that will ever connect in your life is your libido and your right hand as you are destined to be a wanker for all eternity," Change'e told him dismissively as she narrowed her gaze. "I am tired of all these petty and unnecessary talks, now, would you do what I brought you here for or will you keep whining like a pathetic bitch."

"It's okay," Pangu said as she stood up. "What do you want me to do?"

"f**k," Change'e thought. "I really thought that was enough to throw him off but he's really too much of a simp to mind my words, even at the height of embarrassment, he's still willing to soil himself more, what kind of b***h is this guy, but I will find a way to throw him off, I need to buy time, for the monkey king has ordered me to."

Zhangshun Shan grinned as he walked towards the barrier which was stopping all the participants from advancing further. "I really need to thank the bastard who set this in place," Zhangshun Shan thought to himself. "As if he didn't, it would have been impossible for me to catch up with some of the ones who had already gone further on and also, some of those bastards were beginning to doubt me, ooh damn, the audacity , fortunately in my hand, I hold the weapon I borrowed from one of the riders of dark, it's of 2A origin so it's capable of destroying the flimsy excuse for a shield he has set, I can sense doubt amongst the crowd," Zhangshun Shan thought as he looked around, many people were staring at him. "There's still a great concentration of higher dimensional beings around, they like the one who set this barrier must be trying to sense my essence and I am pretty sure they are amazed as how it was possible that someone such as I was able to domineer over them during the preliminaries, well, it's no matter, once I destroy that shitty excuse for a shield, I would have proven my strength and once more, I would be revered and feared amongst these maggots as I am supposed to be."

"You must be Zhangshun Shan," he heard a voice which appeared to be above him, Zhangshun Shan looked upwards, he saw someone who was standing on the bare space, he was about fifteen feet above the ground, Zhangshun Shan could tell it was male as the voice was masculine and there were no curves on his chest or around his buttocks area but his face was covered with a film of darkness making it impossible to see what he truly looked like.

"How does an insignificant pest like you know my name?" Zhangshun Shan had a haughty grin on his face. "Didn't your parents teach you that the best way to act in front of a god is to beg and crouch for your pathetic existence."

"You really are a cocky one, aren't you?" The man continued with a neutral voice as he continued to address the white haired warrior. "I am an Infinite dimensional being, normally, I would feel more relaxed as I am the last infinite dimensional being remaining, I killed the other dimwits in the preliminaries, thanks to the distraction that you caused, I was able to take advantage of that situation and murder the whole lot of them, I have sensed the essence of the remaining beings here and in terms of dimensional tier, the next is (Infinity -3)D to me. In comparison, she's nothing special as I am an Infinite number of times more powerful than she is but you, I keep measuring your essence and it's no different from that of a mere 3D being, I don't know if you are delibrately tricking me or it was someone else who acted in the preliminaries while disguising as you," the man said as he began to descend towards the ground. "Well, in this moment, the truth shall be revealed, if you can't break a shield that's of infinite dimensional origin, then it will show that I am right that you are nothing more than a 3D being and I was just overthinking things."

"Are you going to continue blabbing?" Zhangshun Shan yawns aloud, his eyes wore boredom. "Or will you let me go and destroy the babyish shield that this pathetic losers couldn't even destroy."

"I have heard of beings which used weapons or artifacts of higher dimensional tier," the man continued. "As a result of that, I can't use it to appraise your strength so I want you to do it of your own body, depending on how you perform, I will know if you are worth taking serious or not."

"Byhahahahhahahahaahahahaha," Zhangshun Shan laughed cruelly while he thought. "This infinte dimensional being isn't completely stupid, he knew there was a chance for me to be a 3D being but still use higher dimensional weapons, that's why he wants me to use my body, the problem is I currently am operating on 3D mode and that shield is of Infinite dimensions origin, if I am unable to break it, the higher dimensional being wouldn't take me serious and I would be safe or at least that's what he wants me to think, there's a chance that he aims to kill me once he finds out I am a 3D being but there are countless beings here who aren't exactly on friendly terms with me and they would desire nothing more but an opportunity to actually begin to torment and destroy me but if I destroy the shield, the Infinite dimensional being would fear me and would take precautions against my Universe and I, so what should I do," Zhangshun Shan thought, he stopped laughing and he had an expressionless look on his face.

"This is bad," Ashley thought to herself as she tried to use Krigo to sense the Infinite dimensional beings' power. "I can't get a reading, he's even far more intense than the being I tried to manipulate when I first came here, Zan doesn't stand a chance against this guy, what can I do to help him? If I don't, my god boyfriend would die, God, I feel so f*****g useless, I feel like Sakura from Naruto, I have to think, what can I do?"

"Is it that today is Christmas or it's just my lucky day," Mui Li thought to himself. "Good things keep happening to me from all sides, there's nothing Zhangshun Shan can do, he's but a mere 3D being and he's against an Infinite dimensional being, the infinite dimensional being is definitely lying about wanting to use this to test Zhangshun Shan's strength, his true goal is to ascertain if he can kill Zhangshun Shan or not and he's trying to go about it in the most cautious way possible, when Zhangshun Shan proves that he's unable to break the shield, the Infinite dimensional being would surely destroy him and that would be the end of it, this is absolutely exhilarating, who knew being smart could feel so good," Mui Li thought to himself as he looked so excited and happy. "Now, I know why smart people feel the sense of superiority, thank you, Sun Wukong for giving me profound deductive abilities and for raising my IQ to 260, I am really a genius now, this is wonderful, just so wonderful."

"Is there really anything Zhangshun Shan can do?" Jumoeng Sheng asked poking Xi Hing. "After all, you said something about knowing him from a previous life or something."

"It's Zhangshun Shan," Xi Hing began. "He was called a devil in the world I am from for a reason, he always found a way to do the impossible, he would find a way, of that I am confident of, he never failed to disappoint me and I am pretty sure he wouldn't start now."

"Ashley," Zhangshun Shan said without turning in her direction. "I can sense your fear from here but it's misplaced, you shouldn't feel fear for me as I am the one who's superior to others, the one who created that shield is even lower than an insect when compared to me," he said as he began to walk towards the shield. "Feel pity for the Infinite dimensional being, fear for him as once I am done breaking this shield, I shall track him down, subject him to an eternal lifetime of pain and suffering, he would beg for death and I would never ever give him, I am Zhangshun Shan after all and I am superior to every life form ever conceived," Zhangshun Shan grinned as he raised his right arm, he flicked his index finger and as he did, the very ground they were standing upon began to shatter, the Infinite dimensional being was shocked as he knew he couldn't even dent the grounds being as they are of 1A origin but Zhangshun Shan was shattering it with a mere flick of his fingers but that wasn't the only thing that occured, the shield he set before him shattered into an infinite number of pieces and the entire ground that they were on destroyed forcing them to jump away from where they were standing.

"I don't know who the f**k you are neither do I give a s**t," Zhangshun Shan had a wicked glint in his eyes as he turned towards the Infinite dimensional being. "But if you actually value your life, you will take that disgusting and irrelevant piece of crap that you call yourself and f**k off."

As Zhangshun Shan spoke, most of the participants scattered, some of them wanted to run forward but a wave of an intimidating sinister aura pushed them all back. "Who told you bastards that you could run forward? Do you cook meals so that the cockroach in your homes can feed on them? Just like you don't play that s**t, Zhangshun Shan didn't break the shield for you insignificant bastards."

As Zhangshun Shan said that, all the participants apart from everyone in his team scattered backwards as if running back to the starting line.

"That bastard," Mui Li thought gritting his teeth. "How did he do it? Ooh wait, it's no brainer," he told himself. "What Zhangshun Shan had done was temporarily transfer the energy from the weapon he held to himself but he didn't start now, he must have been practicing for quite a while to try and mentally connect with the weapon, I heard Sun Wukong tell me that the gods had a technique where they transferred their essence to their weapons and vice versa, Zhangshun Shan must have employed that trick, he possibly learnt it when he defeated Renkui, he wasn't exactly sure if he would work as the being he got the weapon from wasn't exactly a god hence why he used a flick of his finger, he had thought that if that had failed, he would have stylishly found a way to use another angle to get the weapon thrown to the barrier and destroy it," Mui Li thought as he looked far away from where the crowd was to a place hidden behind a stone. "I sense a scattering of Krigo energy there, Zhangshun Shan must have created a clone there and given him the weapon, his plan was that the clone would throw the weapon to the barrier once he flicked his fingers in case it didn't work but it did, none of the audience would have suspected that as they all had their sight focused on Zhangshun Shan, that sly devil, he was manipulating the psyche of everyone at once, what a classic form of misdirection it's really interesting to be intelligent, I am finding it so easy to understand and comprehend everything that is occuring, is this really how it feels for geniuses, no wonder they are rarely ever fascinated, I haven't fully adjusted to this smarts, I am sure with time, I will and by then, I would be unstoppable."

Zhangshun Shan looked in Mui Li's direction. "That bastard was looking for a moment just where I had set a dud at the beginning before I confronted that Infinite dimensional being, Sun Wukong must have increased his intelligence quotient, I have to proceed more carefully, it's safe to assume he knew what I had done and as time goes on, he will get used to his heightened perception and intellect, I need to defeat him as soon as possible," Zhangshun Shan thought before putting on his most demeaning grin. "Now everyone," he said. "Get on your vehicles, let's move out, we are seizing the first ten positions, the other participants can take the other positions after that, I give less than a shit."
