Xi Hing's Betrayal

2578 Words
Zhangshun Shan was clearly amazed, standing right before him was the leader of Taiyi sect back in his home World, he looked exactly the same and had the same sense of humor like the Rui Hongcha from his world, the only difference was that the Rui Hongcha here could use Krigo while the one in his homeworld couldn't, also, Rui Hongcha was the leader of the Taiyi sect in his hometown. "If you are the assistant, who's the leader?" Zhangshun Shan begins, puffing out his chest.  "He needs to leave his post of command as the true leader in town and it's me," Zhangshun Shan smiles as he points to himself with his most menacing smile.  "Zhangshun Shan." "You are really one of a kind," Rui Hongcha smiled at him. "Zan, who's that," came a feminine voice not too far from him, Zhangshun Shan turned around, it was Ashley. "I had made Ashley completely invisible in case the stranger had tried to go after her in order to get to me, it must have worn off and yet, the time pause which is around this environment is still active," Zhangshun Shan thought as he looked around, everything still appeared paused, nothing was moving not even the particles found in the atmosphere, everything was completely still.  "It's only a matter of time before Ashley notices it." "Come to think about it," Ashley began, her face getting more tensed.  "You were with me one second and the next, you moved further away," Ashley says as she turned around, she looked through the glass of the restaurant they were about to enter, everyone appeared paused and frozen.  "Wh... what's ha..happening," she shrieked as she staggered backwards due to shock. "Ashley, relax," Zhangshun Shan began in her direction with a smile.  "You shouldn't be surprised anymore by unnatural events, we have flew as if we were birds twice, you felt warm while you were in the Earth's mesosphere, every unnatural thing so far as happened as a result of a phenomenon called Krigo." "He's right," Ashley thought.  "Nothing that has taken place was natural, every thing has seemed paranormal, also, the abnormally tall guy in cloak wasn't here moments ago, he must be responsible for some of the events here," Ashley looked over at Zhangshun Shan's face, he wore a menacing smile but Ashley could see another kind of emotion in Zhangshun Shan's eye, it was astonishment.  "I have never seen Zan look that way, he's actually surprised about something," Ashley thought as she looked back at Rui Hongcha.  "I don't think he's amazed that he was being followed, he looks like someone who's used to that, there's something more to all that's going on, I have to find out." "While I was viewing Renkui's memories," Zhangshun Shan thought as he looked at Rui Hongcha.  "I saw one of the God's creeds, one of them included that the same individual must never be repeated in another omniverse, though the same individual can appear in parallel universes of the same Omniverse but he can't be in another omniverse," Zhangshun Shan couldn't help but wear a look of amazement.  "I didn't expect to see him and even the sect name, I am amazed it was mentioned twice, there's something more sinister in the background and I have to find out." Rui Hongcha noticed the look on Zhangshun Shan's face, though his words were haughty but yet he could see that the individual in front of him was actually surprised at something.  "Do I look like someone he knows or am I just imagining it?" He asked himself. Just then, a red beam appeared, it materialized out of thin air and came towards Rui Hongcha, it was directly behind the red haired tall warrior so he didn't notice.  Zhangshun Shan still had his innate field still active so he was able to perceive all that went on in his observable environment, as the beam was about to hit Rui Hongcha, Zhangshun Shan disappeared from the spot where he was, bringing out his weapon, he hits the beam causing it to disappear.  "I guess even simpletons get a chance to reincarnate, stupidity is just like a cycle, it never ends or isn't that right?" Zhangshun Shan has his most haughty smile on, right before him appeared a handsome man who was relatively shorter than him, he had long blue hair which covered his left eye and spread past his shoulders, he looked like a woman but the muscles showing in his body frame showed otherwise, he wore a look of anger.  "Mui Li." "I am surprised," Mui Li says clearly astonished.  "Xi Hing told me you had clearly gone on a mission to get a recruit into the sect, I didn't expect the recruit to be this strong." "Just like every human is expected to be intelligent and yet look at you, you are currently competing with Patrick Starfish for the most idiotic fictional character of all times," Zhangshun Shan grinned as he hunched his shoulders like the jerk he was, as Mui Li heard what the white haired warrior say, he fought the urge to cry as he tried to even wear an even fiercer expression.  "You must be the new recruit, I didn't expect you to be so rude, I never liked you and I am sure Xi Hing will have no use for you, I shall murder you along with Rui Hongcha." As he said that, he stretched his right arm, a sword appears in his palms, it was encompassed with fierce flames. "Before you ever say you are going to do something, you should first ascertain that the probability isn't perfectly null," Zhangshun Shan mocks, this puts an even more annoyed look on Mui Li's face.   Ashley staggered backwards as soon as she saw the weapon in his arm, she was visibly scared.  "What's happening?" She thought to herself.  "Am I caught up in some sort of spiritual war? Having a god boyfriend isn't looking too good anymore." Rui Hongcha wore a look of fear as he looked at Mui Li.  "What do you mean kill me and you said something about Xi Hing, what are you two planning?" "Nothing much," Mui Li smiles as he walks forward.  "Xi Hing finally realized he had enough taking orders from that incompetent dreg called Jumoeng Sheng ever since the god patron came with that orb, we set a siege against all the disciples of the sect, all those who opposed us were immediately vanquished, Xi Hing didn't want to bother with trying to initiate you, he knew you would disagree, at the moment, Jumoeng Sheng would have been dead and the orb will be ours and with that orb, we shall gain unlimited powers." "Now, I really understand why everyone brands you as an i***t even though, you are one of our sect's strongest fighters," Rui Hongcha smiles.  "The orb can't grab powers, it can only create a link which can take us to the Agranshio realm." "What do you mean Agranshio realm?" Zhangshun Shan asks. "It's a realm above every dimensional plane of existence, it's where the tournament of the gods shall hold, the god of our Omniverse, Xiwangmu had charged us with finding the strongest fighters in these universe, we can only choose 8 fighters with the orb," Rui Hongcha explains as he looks over at Mui Li.  "You are right about him not being very intelligent," "Heeeey," Mui Li called out.  "I can hear you." "But Mui Li's strength is no joke," Rui Hongcha continues.  "He can maintain the mental discipline to oversee 47 thousand galaxies with little or no stress, even I am hopeless against his innate field, that was why I couldn't react to his attack earlier." Ashley couldn't really understand a that they were saying but from the way they sounded, she knew the blue-haired man who stood in front of her was a mighty beast. Zhangshun Shan gave his most amusing chuckle as he began to catwalk towards Mui Li.  "A mere 47 thousand galaxies and you are already claiming strongest in this world, just like the best you could do back when you were in my world was just obliterate antimatter of 2.78 trillion tonnes and you were already dubbed the strongest," Zhangshun Shan smiled as he now stood in front of Mui Li, he was looking down at him both figuratively and literally.  "Kid, I control millions of galaxies , your power is incomparable to mine, you are like a single mere ant amongst a herd of elephants waiting to be trampled and your pathetic existence shall forever be forgotten as you were never worth shite from the start. "You brat!!!" Mui Li cries aloud as he swung his weapon towards Zhangshun Shan's neck, Ashley was visibly scared as she thought this would spell the end of the life of her newfound crush, even Rui Hongcha felt scared but as the two looked at them, the sword which Mui Li has swung towards Zhangshun Shan had vanished. "Not only are you stupid," Zhangshun Shan grins evilly.  "You are also pathetically weak" Zhangshun Shan ends as he cloaks his right fist in green flames, he was about to hit Mui Li but a hand from nowhere stops him, Zhangshun Shan couldn't hide his look of amazement as the body of the person who had stopped him began to materialize, it was a 5'7 tall black-haired woman, she wore a white Kimono wear with rose flower designs patterned everywhere, sh wore a visibly annoyed expression. "Darling," Zhangshun Shan said, tears falling from his eyes as the woman in front of him was none other than Qui Si.  "What the fudge is happening? How is everyone still alive and their aura is the same as back in my homeworld, this is definitely my wife, the woman I married, I watched her die and yet, she still stands before me." Zhangshun Shan disappeared away from there as almost immediately, another feminine figure in a black Kimono, she wore an even more fiercer expression and was more busty than Qui Si, it was Sui Wenyan, she wore a deathly look, Zhangshun Shan appeared a few feet away from them, seeing his two wives in front of him, he didn't know how he should react, should be cry that they were finally alive or should he try and talk them back to their senses by trying to convince them of who they were.  "No, trying to convince them wouldn't be a smart move," Zhangshun Shan thought. "The fact that they are all alive now and they are exactly like my family but just with an added personality of wanting to kill me shows one of the gods had found out that I killed Renkui but the fact that I can still breathe easy shows that whichever god found this out is trying to keep it on a low as he needs to achieve a goal, Xiwangmu was allegedly the goddess of the underworld but the fact that I am in a universe in her omniverse without her coming to attack me shows that she isn't the one who's presently after me, another god is, whosever that God is, there is a probability he's manipulating the gods as well as the mere fact that the information that I am the god killer still eludes them, I have to find out what exactly this is all about." "You are formidable," came a masculine deep voice that Zhangshun Shan could recognize clearly, Zhangshun Shan looked ahead and coming towards him was Xi Hing, he was dressed in red robes, he dragged Jumoeng Sheng by his long black hair roughly on the ground, beside Xi Hing was Wenren Yu, Wenren Yu appeared bruised and had lots of injuries all over his face and body, Xi Hing smiled as he surveyed the battlefield before finally resting his eyes on Zhangshun Shan.  "You must be the new recruit, the fact that Mui Li wasn't able to kill Rui Hongcha must be because of you as I can sense your aura and I have to say, I am impressed, it would be a shame if you don't join my side." "Actually, it would be a disgrace on my part if I join your side," Zhangshun Shan mocks but Xi Hing didn't appear to be annoyed or aggaravated, rather, he wore a look of pride and confidence as if all was going according to his plan, Zhangshun Shan looked over at Jumoeng Sheng.  "In my previous world, Jumoeng was my first and best friend, we would train severely together, we shared stories and always laughed, he was eventually terminated by Xi Hing of my World but right now, he's still alive and if I don't act now, he might not be alive for long, I always blamed myself every night for how Jumoeng died as I should have properly analysed why the Xi Hing of my world didn't age and the source of his power, I had assumed that since he couldn't master Krigo, he was very lazy but right now, I know everything is beyond what it seems and right now, I have a chance to save the first friend I have ever had even though he might not know me but I just have to, Jumoeng Sheng is someone who matters to me." Zhangshun Shan wore his most scornful look as he began to stroll towards Xi Hing.  "I am sick of all this bullshite, it's high time I teach you that I am not a nice guy who appreciates rude talkers but rather I am Zhangshun Shan and all who come before me must express their homage, it's time to end this." "The only thing that will end is your annoying existence," Xi Hing grimaced, Rui Hongcha appeared to be in a state of shock and fear as he watched his beloved master get treated and dragged about like a b***h.   "Zhângwò, no need to concern yourself with a dreg like him," Sui Wenyan began in Zhangshun Shan's direction, she posed her sword as if ready to strike.  "I will finish him off with a swing from my blade." "Not if I beat you to it first, I shall gain Xi's favour," Qui Si smiled as she too also posed her weapon, ready to fight. "How does it feel?" Xi Hing begins.  "You have annoyed me every day from the time I set my eyes on you but right now, I have used the very people that you care about against you, you always thought you were ahead and a top strategist but the reverse was the case, you are just another simpleton who lives in impossible fantasies, you are nothing but another worm on whom I shall trample over." "I never told him my name, Xi Hing was so much in a haste to gloat about finally having an advantage over me that he didn't realize that his true advantage was my ignorance,'' Zhangshun Shan smiles.  "So it's as I suspected, only Xi Hing has his memories and all of them here are definitely the people I knew from the fifth omniverse, Xi Hing is the pawn of a much higher and powerful entity, I have to find out what the end game is and stop it but right now," Zhangshun Shan looked over at Jumoeng Sheng.  "I have to rescue my best friend."
