Daisy Teaches Me How To Draw

Matilda pov

Daisy was sitting alone at her usual seat reading a book, she's always reading I wonder what's is that, that she reads so much.i walked towards her desk.

"Uhm hey,can I have a sit?"I asked pointing at the empty chair next to her

"u-uhm ya you can sit"she replied uncertain if I should sit or not

I slid on the seat anyway, staring at her after "uhm so can we have a little talk,I just wanna get to know you"

"okay, whatchu wanna know?"she asked arching an eyebrow

"Soo,do you like drawing?"

"no why you asking?"she asked taken aback

"I just thought maybe you would interpret these drawings for me"I explained sliding a pile of papers to her

She only viewed one and her expression changed before slamming the pile of papers in her hand on the table"where did you get these?"she asked with a serious tone

"uhm see Daisy I got these from a creche I was driving by and I thought I should just go watch the kids playing and to my surprise they gave me these"I said quickly turning away from her eyes before noticing I'm lying

"Don't you dare lie to me, these drawings are old and I know them"

"Oh so you do know them,so you've been visiting the creche too?"

"These are mine Matilda!"she said sharply

"so it's you,you ran away from the orphanage"I said tilting my head

"I didn't run away,and why the f**k you digging my past?!"she had an upset expression

"I'm just tryna help you I want you to find your family"I explained

"Who said im looking for them,they dumped me at an orphanage the never cared how I was doing they didn't want me"

"It's not like that"

"It is! It's always been like that Matilda,they don't love me and I want nothing to do with them.so please stay away from my life and stop digging about my past.i don't need your help"she got up hanged her booksack on her arm and left .

there goes my heart again ,sliced.i was only tryna help but I guess she doesn't need help I told myself I'm doing as she said.

Staying away from her life.

We went to our bar with Candy I really needed an escape from reality I was hurt I didn't expect Daisy to react that way but I would feel the same way I would be angry if I lived my 18 years without my parents while they're actually still alive. I came here to drown my sorrows and somehow forget about Daisy but she was all that was in my mind it was like there was a clock in my head and everytime it ticks Daisy's name appears

"Matilda forget about her let's have fun and get some girl to go home with" Candy nudged me

"I don't know why I'm even still thinking about her"I said sipping on my beer

"hey Matilda that girl is checking you out"she whispered smirking

I turned back to see who it was ,and it was a blondie her legs looked hot on her mini skirt I trailed my eyes up to her hand and she had a beer on her hand when my eyes finally locked with her grey eyes she gave me a wink raising his beer up I raised mine too as a sign that I noticed her .

"go greet her and stop being miserable" Candy said pushing me forward to the girl. I had no choice but to greet now since I was infront of her

"heyy, enjoying the night ?"I asked tryna make conversation

"heyyy the night is long we can make it short though.meet me in the restroom"she whispered the last sentence on my ear ,her breath reading of alcohol and cigarettes fanned my notsrils I gagged silently moving back a little to catch my breath she then trotted to the restroom. Instead of following her i walked straight to Candy who seated at the bar infront of the girl behind it

"Her breath stinks"I uttered out making a disgusted expression making the girl behind the bar chuckle at my comment

Candy glared at me without saying a word I knew she wanted to bust out with laugh"go ahead laugh"

She finally laughed at what I said a minute ago"oh my God Matilda are you okay now?sorry for the traums"she laughed sarcastically again

"Can I have 2 shots of Vodka please I need something strong to flush her stinking her breath off of my throat"

"Wait you kissed?" Candy asked widening her eyes her mouth hanging open

"Of course not she whispered that's how my poor notsrils got fanned"

She busts out a laughter again.

Days passed and Daisy was still ignoring me like I'm some stupid fly that didn't even dare to catch her attention.i was mad at her I was angry but meantime I still continued to look for Daisy's mother,we hired a private detective to help us cause we really needed someone with experience but I decided to keep this one from Daisy I didn't know how she would react so I decided I would just keep it to myself and she would know about it as a surprise.

I attended my science class trying so hard to pay attention to whatever was being taught by my mind kept buzzing off so I just layed back on my seat pretended to be listening attentively.

"Matilda bro, don't sleep in class I know you're tryna sleep" Candy nudged my arm whispering

"Im paying attention"I replied resting my hands on the back of my head

"you're getting kicked out"she shook her head,I was bored so I pinched her that way she would scream and hopefully that would catch the teacher's attention and we both get kicked out.

I pinched her on arm,she muffled her scream giving me an I'll kill you stare.

"oh poor Candy so focused on her school work,booooring"I picked her ear and laughed.

"Miss Dennis, I'm sure you'd love to laugh outside my class without interrupting me and my learners" a cold voice spoke drawing all the attention of the learners to me

"Alone?"I asked raising an eyebrow

"Yes alone,miss Dennis "

"uuuurgh, this sucks"I rolled my eyes slinging my bag on my arm

"Detention for you today"she spoke again before shutting the door behind me. I stayed outside listening to the classes that were continuing without me I leaned against the wall and closed my ears waiting for the bell to tardy bell to ring.

It finally rang,all the learners were leaving class ,when I was about to go in Tess blocked my way "hey darling,I'm sorry you missed class you've been scarce these days"she smiled at me

"You know I always get kicked out for no reason"I replied nonchalantly

"you seem sad, perhaps there's something I can do to make you happy"she pulled me closer to her by my tie biting her lower lip in a sexy way.she sure did look sexy but I wasn't up for that so I pulled my tie back and moved back from her clearing my throat

"Uhm, don't think that's a good idea I just got detention"I explained

"your loss,you know where to find me when you need me"she winked at me before leaving with her puppets

I walked in class searching for Candy my eyes quickly met with Daisy's she was looking at me too but quickly diverted her eyes away from me.i continued with my search but couldn't find Candy, Elise and Daisy were the only people there I had to ask one of them about the whereabouts of Candy so I walked up to them"hey Elise, saw Candy anywhere?"I asked bending over on Elise's side not acknowledging Daisy's presence I didn't even look at her

"Uhm Candy,she went out not so long ago"she answered pointing at the door

"okay,thank you Elise, have a nice day Elise"I emphasized 'Elise' so Daisy could see I'm talking to her friend but her eyes were glued on the book on her hand I jolted out, headed to the sports ground I knew I'd find Candy there and to my guess I found her there standing with one of our teammates

"can I just talk to this b***h for a second"I pulled Candy by her arm with me "Candy you left "

"You deserved that after doing that in class"she defended herself crossing her arms

"uhm, about that sorry bro I was bored"I scratched the back of my head

"And I wasn't,look Matilda you have to start paying more attention to class"

"I will Candy i promise,I'm sorry you almost got kicked out in class because of me"I made puppy eyes

"Just pay more attention next time"

"So you forgive me?"I widened my eyes bright

"Oh yes,come here"she hugged me

I walked into my detention class praying it ends in a split second. I recognised Daisy's figure in the room "Daisy?"I called out placing my bag on the front seat

"Sit down, I'll be tutoring you"she turned to me giving me the front view of her her figure.

"So you're back to tutoring?"

"No I was asked,now shall we start

She doesn't waste time I took my books right away and obeyed, she asked me to draw an extremely difficult figure on the textbook and I was struggling dismally she came to the other side of the table to help me ,not to help me actually just to show me how to do it.

"When you're drawing Matilda you don't apply to much force on your pencil you just let it flow no need for pressing too hard"she bent next to me showing me how to do it .she raised her head our eyes locked she looked Soo beautiful in my eyes her black lips looked even more delicious next to mine i wanted to close the gap between us but I didn't wanna ruin our detention to not talking to her again just as we weren't so I pulled back.
