Chapter 48

Monday morning came way too fast for me. I wasn’t ready to leave. Colton was leaving early the next morning, so my plan was to get on the road by 2 or 3, so that I would get home at a reasonable hour. I needed to get back to fill Steph in on everything. I was going to have dinner with her and Wyatt.
The weekend was amazing. Saturday after breakfast we showered together, taking extra time to make sure we were squeaky clean.
Our first adventure was at the Fernbank Science Center. We walked through several exhibits. The live animal exhibit was fascinating and probably my favorite.
Five minutes away was the Fernbank Museum of Natural History. Colton loved the Dinosaur Plaza exhibit.
“You’re such a boy,” I laughed.
“I told you that I’m a big kid at heart,” he laughe
