I wasn't expecting Luciano to be in bed with me when I woke up because one, he is usually awake earlier than I am, and two, he was annoyed at me yesterday.
I thought he must have been exhausted and he was asleep but when I got out of bed he held my arm.
"We have to talk." he said gently, and I really don't want to do this today or any other day if it were up to me, so I'll settle with just postponing it today.
" I know, but I would prefer we don't." l said, pulling away from him and wearing my gown.
I made my way to the bathroom, and I did my morning routine and then took a shower.
I went back to the room to change, and I completely ignored Luciano's presence. Even though I could feel him staring at me while I dried my hair, I made sure not to look back at him.
