A few days have passed since the dinner and Kennedy couldn't be more conflicted with everything. She was certain she wanted to get on with the marriage but now that she knew that Killian was adamant on not making it happen, she doesn't know what to make of it. The fact that she thinks she's beginning to have some sort of feelings for the man didn’t help either. It was just all so messed up. That's why she and Lucas are spending the day together. It was actually surprising since Lucas was supposed to go out of town again but then, he called her and asked to meet up since he had exciting news to share.
