I’ve never felt this frustrated in a long time. I can practically feel the smoke coming out of my ears. Four hours. Four damn hours, and still no sign of Harriet.
Carissa could have died! The thought of that happening makes my wolf growl and I f*****g hate it. Why do I even care about her? I shouldn’t. she’s a lowly omega. She’s beneath me. She’s not even worth the dirt under my shoe. Why then can’t I bear the thought of her being hurt?
I’m going to find Harriet and when I do, I’ll punish her. How dare she harm my mate? I have a gut feeling that this is all her fault.
