Her words pulled me out of my thoughts, she was going to be me personal maid. And the head chef and maid asked me if I accept? Of course I do.

"Yes" was all I said and I could see her shiver from my voice, the sight was so cute ad adorable.

After a short while, Steve and I followed the guard who was now walking in front of us, to the alpha'a study.

Chloe's POV

"Their bags have already been taken to their respective rooms. All you have to do is to unpack the bags and arrange their clothes in the wardrobe in a neat and organized manner. And remember, if you steal anything your punishment will be unbearable. " Edith said and after a short while, she continued .

"And Chloe go get a shower, you stink" And with that she left the room and I felt embarrassed. I hadn't gotten the opportunity to shower because I was glaring at the mesmerizing appearance of the Lycan King. Ugh, he probably thinks I'm dirty, no wonder he was staring at me in such manner.

"Oh My Goodness, he likes you" Lida started talking lowly as soon as Edith was out of her sight.

"What? who?" I asked

" The king" she said and her hazel eyes shimmered in excitement.

"No he doesn't" I said with a little laugh

"He couldn't keep his eyes of you. That, or he wants to get into your panties" Lida said with a wink

"Oh my Goodness" I said as I walked towards the direction of the stairs leading to several rooms and an upstairs sitting room (common room).

"He doesn't like me Lida, he likes Princess Natalie" I said in an attempt to continue the conversation in a low-almost a whisper-tone as we made our way up the stairs.

"Oh f**k that, he doesn't like her, he's just marrying her" Lida said

"Still. I don't want to get in Princess Natalie's way, she already hates me enough" I said

"what do you mean by get in her way? Oh My Goddess. You like him too?" She said as she giggled and her eyes grew brighter.

"No I don't" I said but I was interrupt by an "Mhmm" from Lida, she was making that face again

"I just find him attractive " I continued

"Mhmm" she kept teasing me.

"Oh please, what woman wouldn't find him attractive? he's like a hot Greek God sent to earth as a punishment for being to hot" Lida continued

"you're so crazy" I said as we both laughed and then parted ways when we got to the rooms. I entered the King's bedroom and she went into the Royal beta's.

I did exactly as I was told, I arranged his clothes in a neat manner. I was there for a long time, unpacking, arranging and folding his clothes. Why would he bring this amount of clothes for a two days visiting? Ugh, royals tend to confuse me.

After a while, I came across his boxer briefs, and I was stunned. I picked one up and held it in front of me. I was kneeling in front of the wardrobe, backing the door so that no one would see me, or so I thought. Immediately, I heard the door open.

"What the f**k are you doing?"

Xanders POV

I entered into the study and I wasn't surprised. 'I guess the maids missed a spot.' I thought to myself and chuckled slightly.

The study was a mess, books were scattered on the floor and the bookshelf and center table looked like it had seen better days. There were bottles of alcohol badly hidden behind the center table and the place ricked of fraustration, pain and mostly alcohol. Did he really invite me into this Goddess forsaken place to hold a meeting?

"Welcome King Xander" He said as he stood from his sit and gave me a firm handshake.

"Please sit" He said as he gestured for me to seat on the chair opposite his.

"It's an honor to..." I cut him short

"Why are we holding the meeting here?" I asked

"I know it's not as clean and luxurious as other parts of my mansion, but it's the only place we can discuss sensitive matters without anyone ease dropping." He said

"What about your meeting room?" I asked, eager to leave this dirty place.

"Trust me" was all he said

"Let's get into business then" I said

We had a long discussion about my marriage to his daughter, Princess Natalie. I made it clear to him that I wasn't going to mark her as my one true mate, and surprisingly he understood.

"It's fine with me, all I care about is my daughters happiness, and you make her happy" He said. Bloody liar, the only thing he cares about is money and fame. He knew he would hold much more respect if the public knew that the Royal Lycan King was getting married to his only daughter. We talked for a bit and I told him I would like to extend my stay which he accepted.

I asked my royal beta to send him an email of my arrival, and in that email, I mentioned the duration of my stay, which was two days but i changed my mind after a while. I needed to stay for a little while to talk to Natalie about this and get her full consent, I know she likes me but I want to know if this is what she truly wants. The meeting soon came to an end and I was escorted to my room my a guard. We got to the door and he bowed slightly before he stood by the side of the door, to guard it.

"Hey, don't let anyone in here, okay. Noone" I said and he just bowed slightly.

I walked into my room and the sight that was before me, shocked me.

"What the f**k are you doing?" I asked her.
