We reunited with our army and quickly advanced down the street as the bells rang in our ears.
We could see the vampires trying to hastily group themselves in front of the castle making us hasten our steps.
At some distance to the castle, Agyris halted the army making me look quizzically at him.
"What's going on? We should attack them before they are fully armed" I whispered harshly.
"Then it'll be slaughter. The demons there are my people. Let me speak to them first" He whispers back.
"They are all on Agyris side. They killed Damie right before my eyes for defending you and I" I growled angrily. Only him had stuck with me and he had gotten stabbed in the back in return.
"I'm sure there are still some who see me as their true king. I'll speak to them" He says with finality.
