Chapter 3 Memories/Rude Awakenings

"Nobody will ever care about what happens to you."My sister Elizabeth tells me as I am walking out of my room to go for a run. " Nobody cares to listen to what you have to say Loose Liz." I say laughing as I leave through the back door. Just as I am about to shift I hear my little brother. "You don't want me to come? I can keep up, you know I can."

I say "Not this time I need to clear my head you know I am no fun when I am in this state." My step father just tried some things I need to get through. "Don't believe what Elizabeth says she is just jealous" He says. "I love you Demetri always remember that." I say with a big smile. He returns the smile and says " I love..."

"Hey wake up we are here." I hear Lucianos voice. I open my eyes but am confused being at a safehouse owned by Adam De Hudson himself. "Don't they issues these out to undercovers?" V asked "I'm not sure." I say still confused. "What are we doing here?" I ask Luciano not sure what reaction I am going to get, so I brace myself.

He just laughs and gets out of the truck. As he was walking around the truck he was looking at me the whole time. I used to get butterflies, now I get the shivers from those dark black eyes. He opens my door and yanks me out and with so much coldness he says "Go inside I don't have anything else to say to you."

I couldn't stop myself, I grabbed him with both hands on the sides of his face and ask "What is wrong with you? We were really good friends at one point in time. How could you be so cruel?" He grabs my wrists and twists them throwing me into his truck.

Luciano yells out "Don't ever f*****g touch me. I don't want your scent on me. Your nothing to me. As far as us being friends, Hehe we were never friends so get that out of your head. When you shifted early it made it easier to stop talking to a freak that couldn't admit the pathetic feelings you had for me. How could you ever think I could ever cherish you? No one else does?" I say broken "But your my mate." He says as he walks away "Yea, but I will never belong to you."

I turn around with so many questions flowing through my mind I don't realize I am walking into a home that I have no idea about except that it belongs to Adam De Hudson. A voice down the hall yells ."Halt!" I stop in my tracts "Ms. Savannah?" I nod "Adam De Hudson has been expecting you. Please go down the hall and the first door to the left is his, let yourself in."

I start walking in the direction he gave me and I stop in front of the door to Adam De Hudson. V goes crazy. "There is someone in there that makes my hair stand"I knock before I go in and the voice I hear makes my heart melt. I open the door and I feel my heart racing staring into his dark brown eyes.

He asks in a deep voice "Hello Savannah. How are you?" I am completely speechless. I feel a connection but there is something blocking it, kind of like Luciano. I ask breathlessly "What is this that I feel toward you?" He replies with the most sexiest smile

"Well you should we are mates after all." I am lost. "Why the confused look?" he asks. "I thought Luciano was my mate."

He laughs like a grown man, but you can hear a hint of child in it too. "Why would you say such a silly thing?" I stare at him like he has lost his mind or maybe I've lost mine.. But then V brings me out and says "Focus" I ask calmly "Why don't I feel the bond with you?" He looks at me like I lost my mind, but then recovers himself.

He replies annoyed "Well there can be plenty of reasons for that, but we aren't getting into that right now. Alice will take you to your chambers. I am off to handle some business. Please don't leave, we have much to discuss." He gets up and leaves without another word.

I take is Alice comes and says "Hello Savannah. I will show you to your chambers." I felt a prideful vibe from her for some reason. It was like this is exactly where she wanted me to be. "Who is she?" V asked. I reply I'm not sure V but we have to find out. I get up to follow her and as we walked out the door I felt an evil presence and BAM nothing but darkness. Someone knocked me out.

Savannahs Dream

I hear Luciano's playful voice "Savannah.You can't find me slow poke!" I start to laugh, but get a rude awakening "Wake up" my face is sore I open my eyes and I see Luciano with a sad face "Don't let them get you or you will regret it."

I open my eyes to a dark space. I do my best to move, but I am tied to a chair. It's so dark I can barely see in front of me. "Bet you didn't think you'd end up here?" I hear a voice ask. I ask softly "Whose there?" I try to move again, but to my dismay my wrists started to bleed. I scream "What's going on? Why are you doing this?!!"

A man laughs "Hehehe. The truth will come out sooner or later, but until then I will enjoy this as much as I can. Do you want to know why your here?" I stay quiet knowing he is just pulling my leg and I don't know what else to say. He laughs as he opens and slams a door in front of me and locks it. "Hehehehe this is too funny."

"What is going on!" I yell but I hear nothing but the AC turn on. I try to move again but to my avail nothing. I'm stuck and I can't do anything about it. I want to cry but I hold the tears back. I was so used of doing that, it wasn't hard. But it did take a toll on me so I fell asleep.

I hear a soft sad voice "You will be something great,.. one day you will see whatever your mind says will happen,.. just don't let anyone take advantage of you."

I wake up and I am in the same position. Just to give it a kick I say "Ties let loose" but nothing happens. I yell "Please someone help me!" I say to V Why is this happening V. I know your special but not too many people know about you except for Luciano and Demetri. I am nothing special I can't do anything.

Yes I may have been able to find you sooner than others but that is my cross to bear. Im nothing... My conversation was interrupted from the man earlier laughing "No one will come for you." I cry out "Please let me go, I just want to be free. Pleaaase!!"

He comes up to me tall and semi handsome and replies annoyed "You don't get it. Your not going anywhere." He slaps me hard on the side where Luciano didn't hit me and knocks me hard to the cold wet floor. I start to cry as blood starts to come out. He kicks me in my stomach

V says faintly from the ringing in my ear "f*****g Asshole come on Savannah get up. I have seen you get through all kinds of hits from everyone you have ever known." The pain I was feeling inside was unbearable.

He says angrily "The next time I hear you scream it will be worse I promise you that. I'm tired of babysitting shit." He slams and locks the door behind him. He leaves me on the floor and I cry myself to sleep.

Savannahs Dream

I hear my step fathers voice "Savannah I know you love me. I have been in your life for three years now and I see how you look at me." I say in the calmest tone "You are married to my mother. I am not and will not ever be interested in you now or ever!"

I was used to getting harassed. When I was younger it was worse because they made me do things that.. let's just say, wasn't normal for your uncle or cousin to be asking their 3 year niece or 10 year old cousin to be doing. When I was 17 I was at the point where I put my step father in place when he tried. After I did that everyone left me alone. Im off in my own little hell loop seeing everyone that hurt me physically and mentally. Lost... praying to the Goddess to let me out, but never heard a reply. "V where are you?" I try but she is even hiding, she doesn't like these dreams.
