Chapter 40; Comrade-in-arms
The ship moved slowly towards the east coast of Hakata. I stood on the deck in the armor of the Fujiwara clan that had been washed clean while staring at the stretching white sand. The two arrow feathers of the Goro-Takezaki Suenaga family, four inverted cubes with a hole in the middle of the Shoni clan, the red fan emblem of the Adachi clan, and several other clans belonging to a clan that I did not know the name of. They sent two small boats approaching.
