Two days had passed since that incident. Since Rex was at the capital to cure the allergy that the Alpha king had caught. Rex needed to finish his work because it was the Alpha king. And leaving the king hanging wouldn't be good for their pack and Tristan understood that. Now that he was the Alpha of the pack, his responsibilities had spiked up. And then, he was also expected to be by his mother's side in his free time.
He was taking care of his pack. He was protecting his people. And he was caring for his mother whenever his father had to rest. In all that, he forgot to even check up on Nora. He didn't even ask his people how she was doing. As soon as Rex came back to the pack, he went straight to the alpha's mansion to check up on Luna Helena.
