Theo’s pov Since the day I made my vain attempt to break out of my cell, they increased the security surrounding it. His rabble-rousers did not approach my cell by themselves, perhaps fearing falling into one of my tricks once again. Asher was always with them, visiting my cell three times a week just to get pleasure from beating me with the whip I made to punish Heath. It was torture, but I refused to let him have the satisfaction of hearing my screams. Neither did I beg for mercy. He would stop when he thought he had had enough and leave me alone.
