CHAPTER THIRTEEN- Darryl? Tess?
It's been four days since I told Chris about my family's rejection to our union. He didn’t take it lightly obviously and had been distanced since then. I must admit, I'm more affected than I thought I would be, guess I have gotten pretty much attached to him after all.
As I sat in my office, I started going through my life adventures of recent, if I hadn't found out that Tony was cheating on me with Cassie, would things have been different? Would they still be alive? Would I have known Chris? Would Darryl be a suspect in my mind? Every answer was a no, because if I hadn't gone to Tony's home that day, I wouldn't have seen them and I wouldn't have gone to that Club alone, I wouldn't have met Chris and my life would have been perfect as usual.
