The crooked man

Where am I?

A young girl wakes up after having a nightmare, discovering herself in an unknown room.

She was laying on a very old bed.

At first she thinks it is her own room, but by looking at it more. She realizes it is a complete different room. The room looked very old, she could see spider webs everywhere.

What??

What am I doing here?

How did I get here?

She starts remembering something, finally she remembers.

Yes, it was an old man. She was standing, waiting for her mom to arrive from the restaurant and this old man approaches her.

The memory is slowly coming back, what had happened?

The girl scratches her head more and tries remembering stuff, while sitting on the bed where she was asleep earlier.

“Yes I remember, that man…" The girl says to herself.

Someone is approaching the room.

Opens the door

Grandpa…What..What am I doing here? Where is mom?

“Mommy? Oh your mommy is right here with us."

I can remember stuff, you took me to this place. You gave me this water and then I lost consciousness. What do you want from me?

“Ahehehe, that's not what a kid like you is supposed to say. What is wrong with your creator?

And I told ya, your mom is right here. I gave you something special to drink, it is not my fault that you lost consciousness. Guess "

Grandpa takes the girl downstairs to let her meet up with her mom.

What she saw was not something she could ever imagine. It was not her mom, but something straight out of a horror movie.

A fresh human thigh placed on the dining table, blood is spreaded everywhere.

The old man smiles and says,

“That is your mommy, like it? She is waiting for you to eat her. Hehe"

The little girl starts screaming and before she lost her consciousness, she looks at the old man and asks,

The old man smirks and says,

“The crooked man."

The girl loses her consciousness and later discovers herself in a hospital.

Where am I?

My body feels so heavy.

Is this heaven..or is this hell?

Upon seeing the girl awoke, a nurse approaches her with with a smile.

The girl starts crying.

The mother hugs her tight and tells her,

“You are fine dear, both of us are fine. Nobody can hurt us anymore, let's go home and get back to our life. Guess what? I got you the doll you wanted so much. I already brought it, let's go home."

The girl calms down and the mother removes all the tears with a paper with her hand.

The local police have already arrived at the scene and starts getting all the information the girl could give them.

The girl starts telling them all that happened.

The girl was not abducted by some ordinary crazy old man. She was abducted by the famous serial killer ‘Crokeed man'.

She is one of the only victims who got out of it alive, the crokeed man has been killing people all over the country. With having over 70 confirmed kill.

The crokeed man usually leaves some of his victims to get more fame around the country. He leaves few victims, for them to spread the name of crokeed man.

The crokeed man travels around the country, visits different villages and hunts down mostly small girls.

Every single surviving victims were r***d and brutally injured. Few even dies after being hospitalized.

The police leaves, while feeling sorry for what happened to the young girl.

While the girl tries leaving the bed, she notices something and freezes in fear.

It seems that one of her hands has been chopped off.

She screams again-

The legendary crokeed man is still out there, hunting and feeding people.

She tastes so good, girls are far better being on the plate than being on the bed. She is the perfect example.

Detective juton stands out from the chair and goes in front of detective tihsan.

Detective juton: This guy has some serious issues, we shouldn't pressure him anymore. We should get going, this guy ain't saying anything. He is just sitting there thinking.

Detective tihsan: His mother told me that her son is in a bad condition. He saw someone murdering right in front of him, it disturbed him so much. So yeah, we should not try to bring out something forcefully. It might damage him more.

Detective juton: Why did you made me investigate a guy like that? It is pointless. We should get going.

Detective tihsan: When we first tried investigating him, he could not say anything. This guy took my f*******: account and told me that he would message me if he feels like saying anything.This guy sent me a message saying he can tell us what happened. That's why I brought you here, didn't realize how hard it must be for him. He must have lost the conference he gained.

Detective juton: okay, whatever. Let's get out of here and investigate that old man you told me about.

Detective tihsan and detective juton decides to leave, right before detective juton and tihsan could leave, the guy tells them to wait.

He gathers all of his confident and finally starts telling them all the things which he have seen.

The guy starts saying with a shaky voice,

“I had this friend called rabbi, he was a very close friend of mine. We were very addicted to cigarettes. One day, he told me about someone who was going to give him some weeds. But the man wanted us to come to this strange place. Barely anyone visited that place, it was very dangerous. Specially at night, that place becomes a graveyard. We thought maybe it is because the police, they did not wanted any trouble. Since we both wanted to get high, we agreed to go there. That man asked a very low price for the product he was about to give us. So right before going to that place, I changed my mind. I told my friend that something dangerous might happen to us. Why would he give that mount of weeds in such a low price? He can sell them very easily. I stopped right before entering that dangerous area. I told him that, maybe they are goons and they will steal everything we have with us.

My friend did not listen to me, he told me to go away if I wanted.

He even smiled before leaving, saying what valuable item did we have? We are f*****g poor.He still proceeded to go inside. I told him I was not going to come, so I left him. He didn't even look back and kept on walking. While getting away from that place, I changed my mind and decided to follow him. We were close friends, so I obviously did not wanted to leave my friend like that. But it was too late. I could not get there in time to save my friend….

The time I got there, he was beyond saving. When I got there, I started to hear screams. Just by hearing it, I knew it was coming out of my friend. I started to think for so many outcomes. I thought may be someone was trying to rob him. I wish it was true, at least he could have lived.

So after hearing my friend scream, I grabbed a stick I found on the ground and rushed to the place where the scream was coming from.

When I got there, I saw two men holding my friend. He was bleeding all over, they were holding sharp knifes in their hands. I could tell by looking, my friend was already dead.

He was not moving at all, they were easily holding him and taking him into the van. My heart started to speed up, I decided to attack them with the stick I had. But for some reason, my legs were not moving.

No, it was not working. I was frozen in fear.

Suddenly one of the two saw me, I started to fear for my life. I thought I was gonna die as well. Finally One of the men approached me holding a knife. He seemed aggressive and just before he could stab me too, I hit him with all I had. I am sure I broke one of his bones in his right hand. He dropped his knife, the other guy also rushed to help his partner out. I started to fear for my life more, my entire body was frozen. Luckily the other guy did not have any weapon with him, so I could have brawled with him if he attacked me.

Right before the other guy could get close to me, another man came out of the van and started shouting at the two. I could tell by looking and hearing, that man was the boss of the two. The two seemed terrified after the boss shouted at them and immediately left me without a scratch. The two stopped attacking me and went inside the van. I was so terrified that I lost consciousness right after they left. "

“That's all the guy remembers about that horrific night." Detective tihsan.

“Oh my, you saw all that and it took you so much time to give us all the detail.

Can you tell us about their appearance? I don't need the van number, I am sure they were using fake ones." Says detective juton.

“They all had mask on, had long clothes cover their entire body." The guy replies.

“ Did you just say mask? What Kind of mask were they? Did they have anything else in their body?" Detective tihsan asks.

“They had white mask, with red marks all over. " the guy answers with a soft tone.

“You hit one of them in his right hand, correct?" Detective tihsan asks with a deep tone.

“Yes, that is exactly what I remember." The guy answers.

“Okay, thank you. We have got all we need. Let's go juton, we don't need any more information. Take care of yourself and don't feel bad. Whatever happened has nothing to do with you. If you went with your friend, you would have died too. At least you survived, be thankful to God." Says detective tihsan.

Detective juton: Did you figure something out or what? Shouldn't we try getting more information?

“No, we have what we needed. Let's go." Says detective tihsan.

“You sure? Fine, let's go." Detective juton replies.

The two says their goodbyes and leaves.

Detective juton: What Did you figure something out?

“The people he was talking about are already dead, remember the criminals we killed? Me and blizzard. They are the same. One of the 2 people we killed had an injury on his hand, the description matches him entirely. Even the number of people matches, unless it is just a coincidence. But you know me, I do not believe in coincidence. Except the 3rd mystery person, who is the boss.

During our mission, we tried to catch that guy. He outsmarted detective blizzard and wasted our entire mission. That guy is so mad that he made us kill his own man. Catching that guy might help us destroy that entire organization.

That guy is one of the top members of the organization, who obviously knows all the details. According to our speculation, he might be one of the founding members.

He has become one of the most famous killers, along with crooked man and the handsome man. We could not catch him though, unlike other members, he turned out to be very smart. Do not bash me though, it was blizzard who underestimated him.

Detective juton: I see, huh. Even with all that information, we can not step forward at all. I am getting tired, let's go and investigate the next person. Now I can see why you were not able to catch even a single person. There are not enough evidence, when there is. It is useless.

Is the organization untouchable?

No, it is not. Even if it kills me, I swear I will catch those bastards.
