Why Does He Hate Her?

'Why does he hate me?', Luna couldn't get Catherine's question out of her head. Which started bothering her a lot. All she could think about was reasons for him to hate her.
Yes he wanted to bang her n all, but he still hated her for some weird reason.
"So anyways, I was like 'who you think you talkin to?' and she was like..."
"I know it doesn't have to do with me breaking his heart, because that is exactly what he did to me..."
"..."
Catherine stood there in disbelief, thinking: 'is she still thinking about my question?'.
"Luna?"
"Hmm?"
"What da f**k you on about?"
Luna looked at her best friend, they stood there... awkwardly, staring at each other for what felt like an eternity. Luna looked down, sighed and looked back at Catherine.
"I'm contemplating about your question, you know? That question about why Lorenzo hates me"
Catherine rolled her eyes and looked back at her very troubled best friend.
"Stop thinking about that 'Greek God', or as I like to call him: 'MY Greek God of HOTNESS!!'. Ok?"
Luna looked at Catherine with big eyes and a wide open mouth. Catherine looked down at her mouth and was about to say one of her stupid jokes.
"..."
"Catherine..."
"What that mouth do tho?"
Luna was silent for a moment, before she burst out laughing about the whole situation.
"BAHAHHAHAHHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH!"
Catherine looked shook, as she has known Luna for so long and she has NEVER. NEVER. Laughed at one of her jokes.
"Hahahaaa... Did I say something to him lately that has annoyed him?"
"LUNA, GURL, STAWP!"
Luna looked up at her friend, she was right. What was she doing? Talking about Lorenzo like she cared.
Catherine saw that Luna looked down, so she pulled her in to one of her most special hugs. THE hug.
"I'm sorry Catherine, it's just... Honestly... I don't know why he hates me, I don't even know if I deserve to be hated by him. I obviously did something to piss him off THIS much"
"I get it, it's like... When you try to remember lyrics of a song and your brain plays it on, and on, and on. You'll forget it eventually"
Luna nodded, still squeezed in Catherine's special hug.
"Let's not dwell on that now my little squirrel, I'm hungry and I need something to eat. NOW!"
"Fine, but I'm not paying"
"Please?"
Luna looked at her friend with narrowed eyes.
"I'm not made of money Catherine, the money I have doesn't grow on trees"
"B-but I forgot to bring money today..."
"If you can't remember to bring money, then make lunch at home and put it in a friggin lunchbox!"
Catherine, as always, uses her puppy eyes to get what she wants.
"That doesn't work on me, you use that trick on the guys, that doesn't mean it works on girls"
"Darn it..."
Luna then starts walking towards the cafeteria, where EVERYONE is sitting. Including a certain Bad boy that has a name that starts with an L.

Anyways...
Luna and Catherine walked in the doors of the cafeteria, everybody looked at them as they walked down to the only seats left. As they sat down everybody turned around and pretended that nothing happened, even though you could hear them talking about Luna and Catherine.
The two friends looked at each other and smiled, then Luna got up to buy the both of them something to eat,
Just as she got to the counter a certain hot guy leaned on the counter with his elbow, he looked at her and licked his lips. Signaling her, very obviously, that he wanted her. His other hand was again on his hip.
"What do you want fuckboy?"
"Ouch... I felt that one right in here..."
He said putting the hand he just had on his hip on his chest, being as dramatic as he could be. Luna just rolled her eyes.
"What do you want kid?"
The lunch lady asked Luna with a raspy, husky voice.
"Yes, could I have one salad and one sandwich?"
"Coming right up"
Lorenzo looked back at Luna after that "rude" interruption.
Luna proceeded to turn around 180 degrees and put both of her elbows on the counter.
Lorenzo couldn't help, but checking her out right there and then. As gorgeous as she was, she was annoying as hell. But she was the most beautiful girl in the school, but he only wanted to have a one night stand with her. She was too annoying for anything else.
She had a white crop top that showed him a little glimpse of her very nice six pack, the crop top also had small sleeves on the side of her arm. She wore light blue shorts that were just about long enough to NOT show her butt cheeks, in his mind showing a little cheek wouldn't be too harmful. It was torn at the bottom and it had holes where the pockets were, making them stick out.
She wore some white sneakers, the brand was Nike. On top of her head she wore a black cap that said 'Delicious', which was very true in his eyes. She WAS delicious.
Through the hole in the cap she had her hair in a ponytail, her long brown hair was flowing down so nicely. She had some highlights at the tips as well, in his opinion she looked better without them. She had curled her hair too, it gave her look a good finish.
At the front of her face she had pulled out two strands of hair to stay at each side of her head, her dark brown eyes complimented her and they were the most beautiful eyes he had ever seen. Her nose was just the same as his, it was a button nose. Her lips were nice and perky, they made him want to kiss her right there. She also had a pretty nice tan skin tone on her body, it made her look more Italian.
"Are you done checking me out? Because my food just arrived and I'm not gonna stand here just to please you"
Just as Luna was about to turn around and leave Lorenzo standing there like an i***t, she turned around and walked back to him.
"Can't keep away from me?"
"Don't flatter yourself..."
Lorenzo had the same smirk now that he had earlier today.
"Can I ask you something?"
"Sure, ask me ANYTHING"
Luna swallowed, 'I'm about to know what iv'e been dwelling on so much today' she thought to herself.
"Ummm... You see... Iv'e just been wondering ever since my friend asked my something this morning..."
"Yes?"
Luna suddenly got nervous, what was she even doing talking to this dickhead?!
"Why... Why do you hate me so much?"
"..."
Lorenzo looked at her with a confused look.
"Hate you?"
Luna nodded.
"You wanna know why I hate you?"
"YES!"
Lorenzo scratched his head and then moved his hand down to his face, sighed and put both of his hands on his hips.
"Where did you get that idea? Who told you I hated you?"
"Umm... Me...?"
Lorenzo looked down at Luna and told her calmly:
"Well, it's not that I hate you... I just can't stand you"
"...That's the same thing Lorenzo..."
"It is?"
"Yes..."
Lorenzo looked at the floor and chuckled huskily.
"What can you not stand about me?"
"You're just REALLY annoying..."
"Something else?"
"Oh, and the fact that you won't let me bang you... Other than that there isn't much..."
Luna looked at him in disbelief, is this it. The thing shes been DWELLING on this WHOLE day, and this is the answer she gets?
"I'm... I'm done..."
"Did I say something wrong Luna?"
"No... I just didn't expect that THAT was gonna be the answer I was waiting for this WHOLE day..."
"Umm..."
Luna then continued telling him:
"I was thinking about why you hated me an-"
"You've been thinking about me for a whole day?"
"..."
"How cute, was I shirtless, was I on top of you and making sweet lov-"
"I'm leaving..."
Luna turned around and walked over to Catherine, she was giving Luna the look that she always gave when she was annoyed.
"What took you so long?"
Luna took her salad and looked forward with a blank stare.
"I asked Lorenzo why he hates me"
Catherine stopped eating her sandwich and looked at Luna with disbelief.
"WHAT?!"
She shouted with a mouth full of food, she then chewed her food and swallowed.
"What did he say?"
Luna, still with a blank stare, chewed her food and gave Catherine a little cliffhanger before...
"I'm annoying and I wont bang him..."
"..."
"That's why he hates me..."
Catherine started laughing, snorting like a pig and sounding like she can't breathe.
"Wow, umm... Ok... You wan't me to come home with you today so we can talk about it?"
"Can't, I'm gonna be busy today... Maybe tomorrow?"
"Yea sure, but what are you so 'busy' with?"
Luna had to come up with something. She hated lying to Catherine, but to keep her secret safe she needed to lie.
"Family trip, mom and Greg are trying to have them more frequently"
"Oh, ok then..."
The rest of the day went by quickly and suddenly the end of the day was here, Luna and Catherine walked home together and waved to each other when they split ways.
Finally Luna could stop worrying about Catherine and let her true self out for the rest of the day.
