Guilt Kills

Samuel POV

I can see from my vision that Sierra is slowly slowly tightening her hold on his neck neck because I am just beside them as I am standing on guard for Sierra. I don't want anything to happen to her, I will interfere when I think that Sierra cant take anymore.

He is struggling to breath and is trying to loosen her hold by trying to open her fingers around his neck even though his whole neck isn't in her grip but still he is struggling to breath only we can imagine how much she has trained herself and worked hard to get this type of hold.

Everyone knows that no matter what mans strength is always greater then a woman but here Maxim is unable to compete with Sierras strength.

"Who wh a a a re yo u both?", he said while choking in his breath while he looked at Sierra and then at Lily behind her.

"Popsy you forget me Sierra and even Lily too?", Sierra questioned him with sarcasm and a slight warning in her tone which says `dare to deny`.

After listening to what Sierra said he stopped struggling while he stared at both of them with shock and moist eyes.

"You ar are alive?", he whispered as I was just beside I heard it.

Sierra left him and turned to see Brian who has closed his eyes and then she turned to see Lily who has nothing not even tears in her eyes she is just watching everything blankly, I really admire her the thing she passed through isn't something most girls can handle but she is standing here in front of her culprit bravely and hasn't had a break down till now.

"Just tell me why did you do it?, what did we do to you that you destroyed our family?", she asked him with nothing but coldness and Maxim slightly flinched on her tone.

"I am sorry, I am so so sorry", he kneeled in front of her and joined his hands and started apologizing her there was this desperation in her voice that anyone who would have listened to him will think that he is regretting but we know better that he can do anything but regretting is something out of the box.

If he had ever regretted what he did he would have already confessed it instead of running away.

"SHUT UP", Sierra screamed at him and he went silent suddenly there was pin drop silence in the room, after a few seconds he started sobbing and said sorry continuously.

"Sorry, SORRY, CAN YOUR SORRY BRING MY MOTHER BACK?", she shouted at him while tears started coming out of her eyes.

"TELL ME?, CAN YOUR SORRY BRING HER BAC?, CAN YOUR SORRY BRING MY SISTERS DIGNITY BACK, CAN IT BRING MY CHILDHOOD BACK?, CAN IT REMOVE THAT HORRIBLE FROM MY  MEMORIES?", Sierra kept on shouting at him with pain visible in her voice.

"No right so stop apologizing I just want to know why?, Tell me?", Sierra again asked him but calmly this time.

"I was not in my senses that night, I was drunk and I too some booze that night too that I was not in my senses, But even in that state Susa..", Maxim started explaining but was cut off in between.

"Don't you dare take her name with your filthy mouth", Sierra warned him and he slowly nodded with his head hung low.

"Your mother was in my mind then I don't know what happened to me, all I remember is when I got some of my senses back I saw I was standing there too when all those things were happening in that house that night", he stated and waited for something but nothing came out of anyone's mouth.

Sierras eyes were closed and her breathing was uneven, Brains cheeks were wet with his tears, Julie was consoling him, Lily was sobbing on moms chest who kept on rubbing her bac to comfort and her gaze held disgust which was directed towards Maxim, dad, uncle Benji and ken were standing a little far but anyone could see their red eyes due to anger.

"Brian is like a brother to me that's why I am not killing you, but I am not forgive you, all my life I will live with just hatred towards you and nothing else", Sierra said and turned her back towards him, on her way she lightly patted Brian's bac and started climbing stairs but came to a halt when we heard several loadings of guns.

What the Hell!.

Sierra POV

I was leaving but then I heard several gun loadings so I stopped in  my tracks and turned around.

When I turned around I saw Maxim pointing a gun at me and uncle Danis men pointing gun at his head, from what I can see I can tell that he has snatched the gun from one of the guards with out any heads up.

"Dad what are you doing?", Brian yelled at him but the later just shook his head and cried while still pointing the gun at me.

"Put the gun down Maxim or else II else I will kill you", Dad warned him while he slowly took a step closer to him.

"No I am already dying every day this guilt kills me every day, I live with the baggage of this guilt that I am the reason of the violation and death of the women I loved, I die every day thinking that your both life got destroyed because of me, I die every day when ever I see Brian looking at me like I am most amazing man when he doesn't even knows what a monster I am", he said while crying and then after a few minutes he held his head high and looked directly at me with something that I couldn't decipher.

"I now that you will not kill me nor you will forgive me but I cant live with guilt anymore especially not after seeing to again so I decided to end my misery", he said with determination.

"Wha... ", before I could complete my sentence he shot himself on his forehead and there was heard nothing except the gun shot and Brian's scream.
