Aim

Sierra POV

Kens expressions tell me that he is in complete shock and he thought that I didn't care about his health or whether he takes medicines or not.

But truth to be told I have always kept an eye on him in fear that he might do something foolish with himself and didn't wanted him to give up on himself like a coward just because he couldn't get through his nightmares.

 "You should have remembered one thing Ken that I brought you here and to look after your needs and take care of your health is all my responsibility, no matter what you are under my care until you are ready to go back", I told him as he was still looking at me.

 "I am not going back", he mumbled while he lowered his gaze from me.

 "You know right that one day you have to leave?", I asked him while I saw his eyes that are moist as tears are brimming that threaten to fall.

 "I don't want to leave you", he suddenly shouted as he looked at me as hurt was filled in his expression.

I knew that one day this would happen but I couldn't prepare myself for this because I didn't expect his reaction to be like this but I know that he has to leave and live with his own family I cant make him live with me because I know in future when the time comes he will find out what I have gone through but I don't want him to know and feel my pain.

I cant make him leave all his life just for him to live with me no matter what I cant take someone's son to be with me. I want to fulfil my mission to get justice and that I cant if he stays with me because I am sure that the other two of my families culprits are not in this country and for their search I would have to leave him here alone and he would ask questions which I wont be able to answer that's why he has to leave.

Third Person POV

 "Listen to me I don't know when but I would have to leave you and you will have to leave and go back to your own family and I know its soon but ", Sierra was going to continue but Ken cuts her off while shaking his head frantically.

 "I don't want to leave you they don't care about me they not even once called me in three months to keep a check on me they wont even care if I never go back but I want to live with you, You were always there for me and I want to be there for you in your time of need please don't leave me", he started crying and shaking his head while Sierra tried to calm him down but when nothing worked Sierra slapped him across his face and he stopped with shock.

 "Now listen to me you have to leave but remember you are not alone anymore I will always be there for you, I will be only a call away you can contact me whenever you want but you have to leave and also continue my aim", as soon as Sierra said that Ken looked in her eyes while his face reflected only one question and that was.

 "What Aim?", Ken asked her immediately as he just wanted to have something to live on.

 "You have to protect and keep others safe from monsters like that old man who destroyed your peace and gave you sleep full of nightmares you have to secure others be there for someone else like your another version be there so that no one loses hope and they fight to live and not give up on their lives", Sierra said to Ken while holding his shoulders in a steel like grip with a intensity that gave Ken courage but he was too afraid to do anything or do anything on his own.

 "Be there for others protect them and don't let me down because I know you can do it but you too afraid to do anything but remember  An Aim to protect others protects you from going to the way of self harm ",said Sierra as she wanted Ken to continue to live on and give people around him a sense of security.

 "But I am afraid I don't think I can do anything help others when I was unable to even do anything for myself", Ken said ashamed of his own fear.

 "I know that you have to fight your own fear but you cant give up, Do you really want more innocent people to suffer in the hands of ruthless people?", Sierra asked him when he mumbled a small `No` Sierra sighed.

 "Then keep your Aim to protect the unprotected be there for those who have no one Promise me", Sierra asked him.

 "I promise", Ken said while looking at Sierra in her eyes but his fear was still there.
