The Arrival

Sierra POV

I woke up form my sleep when the pilot announced our arrival at New York city. After leaving the airport with my luggage to hail a cab after fifteen minutes of ride I reached my destination the apartment building is tall and secured with cameras and guards.

 Greeting the guards I reached my apartment and using my key I entered everything is same as before nothing changed dad does not know that I have been here before too for some missions my apartment is full of weapons which are hidden in secret compartments and hidden cameras and a high technology computer through which I can keep an eye on everyone I came here first to make sure no one broke into my house after changing in dark blue jeans and a red t-shirt and a jacket over it and making sure everything is fine I left the apartment to go to my dad.

I reached to my dads place after half an hour and let me tell you it is a huge mansion and is highly guarded with armed guards I talked to the guards and told them that I am Benji's daughter and am here to surprise him at first they didn't believe me but when I showed them our pictures he let me in as I entered the mansion the front door I was greeted with an egg on my jacket and silence.

Samuel POV

After uncle Benji left after telling us about his daughter I started feeling anxious like something nice is going to happen we all were waiting for Sierra to arrive.

 "I really want to meet sierra now she is special", mom said lookin g at the door from where uncle left right now.

"someone who can make our aloof Benji protective over her is definitely special", dad replied smiling.

"Oh I cant wait now I will have another shopping partner and I can even dress her up", Julie said feeling all giddy.

"Dress who?", came a voice from the door way I looked up to to see my best friend Brian standing there smiling.

"she is talking about uncle Benji's daughter Sierra", I answered him. He greeted everyone.

"I didn't know he had a daughter", he stated.

"We also found out today itself", I answered he looked at me clearly confused but ignored it and looked at my sister smiling I know my friend loves my sister but he never confessed to her. 

" Oh Brian join us have breakfast", Mom invited him he joined us. we had some conversations and after breakfast we both were sitting in the living room.

"So how does she look?", he questioned looking at me and I was confused seeing my confused expression and he answered "Sierra uncle Benji daughter".

"I don't know man I have never seen her she is arriving in a short time", I replied I looked up to him to find him grinning ear to ear and let me tell you it is not a goo sign he is planning something evil.

"No no we are not doing anything to a girl you know my morals I don't prank girls", I warned him you may be thinking that I am a coward but I am not I myself have a sister that's why I don't prank girls.

"Come on man we are not pranking her I just want to see her attitude like if is a spoiled brat, or a slut who will cling to you after seeing you, or if she is a cry baby, or if she is a bit** who curses", he pleaded with his best puppy dog eyes which seriously doesn't suit him.

"If you state it like that even I want to know which type of girl she is", I replied looking at him while smirking.,

"Oh I know that look what do you have in mind?", Brian questioned me and it was simple when she enters the house we will smash an egg on her see her reaction we were waiting at the front door with an egg when we were informed by our guards that uncles daughter is here the door was opening and I was aiming the egg while Brian was waiting beside me all eager to see when I was throwing the egg when out of nowhere dad questioned.

"What are you doing?", I got startled and missed the aim when I looked up I was greeted with a beautiful pair of violet eyes, she looked beautiful she had curves on all the right places I couldn't take off my eyes from her.

The egg that I throwed got smashed on her jacket but she looked calm she  took off her jacket and dumped it aside she looked at me then her eyes drifted behind me and she smiled when I looked back where she was looking there stood everyone and uncle had tears in his eyes he opened his arms and Sierra ran into his arms and hugged him tight.

"She is cold and definitely a daddies girl", Brian whispered in my ear but I was looking at the girl who took a place in my heart just with her presence and I knew she is the one I was waiting for I know that she is worth my love.

Sierra POV 

I calmly took my jacket off and dumped it aside when I looked up I was greeted with a pair of grey eyes and oh boy he was handsome and with a well built even with his clothes on I can tell he has abs and beside him stood another well built handsome boy but not handsome as this one wait what was I thinking I cant crush on someone I have a mission to fulfill, 

My eyes drifted off behind where stood my dad with tears in his eyes and smiling looking at him brought a smile on my face automatically. He stood there with few other people but when he opened his arms for me I couldn't control myself and I took off running into his arms and hugged him tight he hugged me back with equal intensity I buried my face in his neck.

"I missed you dad", I whispered to him and he tightened his hold on me.

"I missed you too my fire", he replied and I knew he was crying because I could feel his tear that dropped on my shoulder our moment was boke when someone cleared his throat I broke out of the hug but kept holding his hand.

"Oh Benji she is beautiful now I know why you are so protective over her", a women probably in her early forties gushed and took me in a hug and I was feeling awkward because I don't know her but she was behaving like she knows me from years and thanks to my dad who understood my situation decided to introduce us.

"Fire this is Dani my boss her wife Anna and their children who are your age Julie and Samuel and his friend Brian who mostly lives here and everyone she is my daughter Sierra", I greeted them all but when I forwarded my hand for a hand shake to Julie surprisingly she took me in a hug ang Samuel held my hand a little longer like he wanted to feel me.

"Oh dear you must tired let me show you your room", Anna said took my hand to take me to my room I was going to take my luggage when she said 

"Leave it dear Sam will bring it", looking at her son who nodded smiling at me weird it was like she understood something she took me to a room it was beautiful with a bed a study table at the corner a walk in closet the wall was painted light blue and a bathroom with a bathtub.

"Freshen up, take rest and when the dinner will be ready I will call you ok and feel free to ask for anything Sam lives in the room across you and and Julie beside you and Benji at the end of the hallway", she said smiling at me and she was going to leave the room with her son who I didn't noticed when I was looking around the room when I remembered something.

"wait aunty can I use your kitchen today is dads birthday and since years on his birthday I cook a meal for him I would be very thankful if you would allow me", I asked her and her answer kind of made me confused.

"Of course dear no need to ask after all this is going to be your house and call me Anna or even calling me mother will be great too", she replied and left me stunned with Samuel who was looking at me.

"Sorry about the egg it was an accident I was playing with it and it slipped out of my hand", he started rambling I can tell he was nervous but I don't know why and I definitely know it was not an accident he intended to throw it at me.

"Its ok Samuel", I replied opening my luggage

"Its Sam for you baby", he winked at me and I lost it I hate that word to no extent.

"Get out", I said in a cold tone and I know he is startled with my change of behavior but none the less left the room I closed the door with a bang I took a long bath and changed on my pajama's and took off to find the kitchen when I reached there I saw Julie there sitting on a bar stool typing on her phone I entered the kitchen and started prepping vegetables she looked up at me and smiled.

"Hey I know we are not close and all but we can be close by being friends?", she questioned and she is right I am going to live with them I should be nice.

"Why not but let me tell you from start you are going to be the first girl I am friends with so I don't know what girls usually do together", and by looking at her expressions I can tell is surprised.

"Oh that's easy they hang out, gossip, go shopping and many more things", she replied looking at me.

"We can do that but later on because tomorrow is Monday and I am starting school at Brentley", I replied

"Oh that's fantastic we are going to the same school", she replied grinning at me.

I prepared dinner for my dad and the others and when Julie offered to help I thought that my work will be less and friends that's where I was wrong she increased my work because she doesn't know even the c from cooking I prepared steak with mashed potatoes, fried rice with spicy corn and sweet and sour ribs especially for my dad when the dining table was set everyone arrived for dinner just dad and Dani was left when they arrived we wished dad and started dinner Dani was sitting at the head on his right his wife and on left was dad I was sitting beside dad and across Sam and beside him was Brian across Julie I was serving my dad every once in a while I would sometimes catch everyone looking at me but I ignore it.

I saw that dad was crying when I saw a tear rolled down his cheek I quickly wiped it.

"What happened dad? just eat you have gotten thinner then the last time I saw you. Dad you have to stay healthy for at least seventy more years I wont allow you to leave me alone understood now eat and don't forget these sweet and sour ribs I made specially for you", I said while serving him I know why he is crying that's why I didn't say anything.

"My fire I missed your nagging too much and I am not leaving you anywhere understood", he said while I just nodded and looked around the table and saw everyone smiling looking at us.

Till the time everyone finished dinner they complimented me and retired to their rooms for the evening I came to my room laid on the bed and stared at sealing closed my eyes and started thinking the one thing that is the most important in my life "Where will I start my search from".
