Third Person POV

Flashback..

It was night time Susan, Lily and Sierra were home as they wanted to celebrate Sierras birthday it was nearly midnight when they heard loud knockings on their door this startled everyone as they never had visitors at their house and at least not at this time of night.

The noise of the knockings increased it was as if the person outside the door was going to break the door Susan went towards the door but before she could hold the handle or ask who was it the door broke and four men broke in their house stumbling and with them came the dirty stench of alcohol.

In those four people Susan recognized one and gasped in shock as she couldn't believe that her boyfriend broke in her house with his friends.

"Maxim what are you doing here? and who are these people? Why did you break in my house? What do you want?", Susan kept on asking questions non stop.

"WOMEN shut up you are giving me headache", Maxim shouted on her to stop her from asking any further questions it was he was so loud that it scared lily but Sierra just flinched and kept on standing in her place and listening to Maxim shout Susan understood one thing that whatever is going to happen is not going to be good.

Sierra POV

"Leave, leave how did you all get in our house?", Mom said shouting at the people standing in our house while they gazed at mom and I didn't like their gaze at all.

"Oh why will we leave without anything when entering in the house was so difficult", a Maxim slurred while moving forward towards mom.

"Take whatever you want we don't have much but take what you can have and leave my house and us alone", mom said while moving back maybe even she understood that they are dirty and didn't had any good intentions.

"Oh don't you worry sweetheart we are here to have whatever we can even you", another man slurred looking at mommy then his gaze fell on the Lily standing behind mommy who moved back not liking the way he is looking at her.

"Where are you going baby we will enjoy you too don't worry", another man slurred who looking like he is in his early twenties.

"Look you all look drunk please leave before I call police", mom said suddenly looking scared and I being the brave girl I am stood in front of mom and at those men when one of them tried to hold my moms hand I took hold of his hand at bit him hard to which he slapped me hard on my face making me fall on the ground I don't know what happened I could see everything and hear too but looked like all strength left my body.

I saw as mom tried to come towards me to check on me but Maxim held her back by her hair and lily was held back by her wrist by some one else.

I heard their screams for hours and saw what they did to them it was nearly morning when they all left somehow I crawled towards Lily and started to shake her but got no answer.

"Lily, Lily wake up please", I kept crying and begging her to wake up but she didn't budge and I saw as her head was bleeding they I don't know why. Then I crawled towards mom who was taking deep breaths and looking at me with pain and love in her eyes while no matter how much I tried I couldn't stop my tears it kept on flowing.

"promise me you wont give up, promise you will live", she said breathing heavily.

"No no don't make me I cant you know I cant", I said while sobbing.

"Promise me you will live you wont let this bring you down, promise me you will fight and live a beautiful life and you will get us justice, promise me and promise yourself everyday to remember", she said looking in my eyes.

"I promise I will bring us justice and live a peaceful and beautiful life", I said holding her hand tightly.

She smiled at me one last time and closed her eyes.

"no no no  mom mom you cant leave me alone wake up mom mom MOM", I kept on shaking her but she didn't move even an inch.

I left the house after an hour of crying and I took most of the money in the house and called police to reach there I lived in streets for three weeks buying something to eat daily to survive only for the sake of mom I was fighting to live I didn't wanted to live but I had to for mom for getting justice for mom and Lily.

One day I heard some gun shots and I ran towards it I saw from the corner of the street a man killing some people who were forcefully taking some girls in a van he was shot and he fainted.

So I ran towards him and I don't know how I took him with me to a cottage because seeing him I knew one thing for sure he was not a police officer I don't know how but I just knew and Taking him to a hospital when he was shot would just put him in danger.

I took care of him for a week I learned nursing a little bit from my mom and he woke up after a week and he told me he was Benji and wanted to adopt me I went with him because I knew one thing that if he could kill them and not get in trouble he could also help me get my justice because no matter what I would never forget them because they would come in my nightmares everyday.

I went with him and started my search I learned everything without him knowing.
