18 Hours later

Denver: I wasn't interested in the party, I don't know why James sent me here as Neha's baby sister.

I was about to pick the glass of vodka but my cell phone started ringing. I picked the call and my man told me that Neha fainted and Jerry is carrying her.

I instantly ran out of the ballroom and found Neha in the arms of jerry. I gritted my teeth in anger and punched jerry so hard in anger.

Jerry moaned in pain,' "what the hell you had done with her.?" I asked Jerry and took Neha from his arms.

"Neha...Neha wake up...." I called Neha two-three times but she didn't open her eyes. I looked at Jerry and he caused under his breathe while wiping the blood from his lips.

"I haven't done anything; she talked to someone and fainted..." Said Jerry and called the doctor but I didn't wait for the doctor and took Neha towards the room of James.

Jerry chased me but I stop him to stop chasing me, "she is my fiancée..." Jerry said in a very irritated tone but I glared at him in a very angry manner.

"We both knew the truth so shut your f****g mouth, " I said to Jerry and told my man to snatch Neha's cell phone from Jerry's hand.

"Denver you can't do this... Let me come with you. I want to know what happened to her...?" said Jerry and I stopped.

What the f**k is wrong with jerry? And why the hell he wants to know about Neha, I twirl to see Jerry, and once again I saw the same lustful glint in his eyes.

I guess James is close to his success, "Let me come…. I promise l'Il leave once she opens her eyes..." Said Jerry in a promising tone.

I looked at my man and signaled him to call AK, and then I turned my body towards my room. I can't take Neha in James's room at this time, because I know jerry won't leave Neha until she opens her eyes.

Jerry opened my bedroom door and I laid Neha on my bed. I checked her veins then I looked at my man who is holding Neha's cell phone.

I used Neha's finger to unlock her phone and saw the no. Of India.

"What happened to her..?" Asked Ak to me in a very concerned tone, and strode towards Neha.

Once again I heard the knock on the door and this time Doctor walked inside the room.

The doctor started checking Neha and I called James to tell him about Neha's condition.

"How the f**k she got fainted and why the hell you let her go out of your sight Denny?" Yelled Denny on me with so much anger.

"I sent my men with her... She got fainted after receiving the call from India, I explained to James and I heard him cursing on call in rage.

"Throw that bastard out of your room right now, I am coming there,” said James and cut the call. When I walked into my room back, I saw the doctor talking with Jerry and Ak.

"She is fine and I am sure she'll wake up in an hour....," said Doctor and walked out of the room. Jerry sits beside Neha and touched her cheek like he is madly in love with her.

"When she wakes up, I'll call you now you can leave my room because I can't bear your presence anymore in my room, I said to Jerry in a hard tone and he stared at me with anger-filled eyes.

"I don't want to leave her side,” said Jerry and intertwined her hand with Neha" This is my room jerry, don't f*** g force me to hurt you...” I warned jerry angrily Jerry was about to open his mouth but Ak put his palm on the shoulder of Jerry "I promise to call you when she wakes up, go and take some rest. I'll take care of her...” When Ak assured Jerry, he passed one glance to Neha and walked out of the room with harsh expressions.

AK looked at me... "Did you call on the no.?" Asked Ak and I shook my head. We heard the moan of Neha, Ak instantly sat beside her and made drink the water but after taking one sip she pushed the water glass and held the palms of Ak so tightly.

Tears welled up in the eyes of Neha and she started looking at Ak with pleading. "I want to go to India….. Someone…. Some goons… Shot. Vikram..." Said Neha to Ak and started sobbing so loudly.

Ak hugged her and let her cry on his chest. "Please... Please tell your son to let me go…. If anything happens to Vikram I ‘Il never forgive myself..." Said Neha and her bitter hiccups started echoing in my room.

Ak pat the head and wiped her tears, Nothing will happen to him, tell me where he is and I'll personally drop you there," said Ak and at the same time, James enter..

James strode towards Neha "what happened to her and why she is crying?" Asked James while sitting near Neha.

"She wants to India James and you have to let her go..." Said Ak to James and I saw how James's expressions changed.

"Dad....." Before James said anything, AK showed his palm to his son and shut him.

"Just does what I said, James...." Said Ak in a hard tone.

"She is my wife Dad and you can't tell me to push her away from my life, " said James and made me shocked by his words.

Fuck! He never let anyone read his emotions so easily. It's difficult for me to believe that James is jealous of Vikram because I know how dark and the cold-hearted man he is.

This time his silence fueled anger inside me and in two strode I stood in front of James and held him by his collar.

Your dad won't be happy if he found out that you are keeping Neha with you for your mental illness. till now we all had think that you want to use Neha as bait to destroy Williams but no one has any idea that you want to keep her with you to cure your past pain, " I said to James but he lost in his own world.

I was about to repeat my words but James didn't let me repeat anything, because he had heard my every single word.

If Neha is the only cure of James then I am ready to do anything to keep her with James.

"Try to buy Vikram....." Before I complete my words James cut me off.

"Money can't buy him, he is an IPS and he loves Neha so much. He was ready to sacrifice his life for her, “said James with black expressions.

"Then use his love for Neha, when you go India try to pretend that you guys are in love. And if he doesn’t fall for your tricks then reveal the truth of yours*x life in front of Vikram...

"I said to James and he looked at me with very evil expressions.

"What about Neha…? How I'll make her ready to come back with me?" Asked James and put his injured palm on the column.

He grabs my collar and pulled me to close to him. "You heard what I said and you still wanted me to repeat my words, said James and looked at me with rage.

"Cheesecake, I guess we should go inside the room before your wife asked her freedom from your Dad..." I said to James but his grip become more tight on my collar.

"She is not my wife..." Said James and I raised my brow at him. James left my collar and walked into my room with anger.

I also walked in and saw Neha on video call; she is looking at unconscious Vikram who is taking her name.

Neha expressions are clearly telling how disturb and hurt she is to see the condition of Vikram.

"Neha calm down my child, you talked to doctor right. Your friend is out of danger now..." Said Ak and passed the glass of water to Neha but she refused to take it.

Neha is a brave girl, I am sure she won't let anyone play with her emotions and feelings. When she'll come back I'll personally talked to her about James.

Sorry Neha! But James is very important for me and only you can take him out of his past because you are the first girl who affected him so deeply.

Neha's pov: I am sitting in the private plane of James and I can feel his gaze on me but I didn't say anything to James because right now I am too worried for Vikram.

I joined my hands and closed my eyes tightly 'oh god please keep him safe, he is in this situation because of me. Please give all his pains to me, 'I prayed to god in my mind.

Few tears escaped from my eyes due to tension and I quickly whipped them.

"You are behaving like you are in love with Vikram..." Said James but I looked out of the window.

"I do love and care for him, his family is very close to my family and Vikram is my friend……. And today he is in this condition because of me..." I explained to James how much Vikram matters in my life in a very painful tone.

I thought he'll say something but he kept his mouth quiet. "When we'll go back to the USA..? " asked Tom.

Damn! We don't even cross New Zealand and he is already feeling homesick. I don't know why James and Tom are coming with me, I am sure they'll only create problems for me in India.

"If you want, I can you push you out of the plane, " replied James to Tom but his gaze is fixed on his tablet.

Tom gulped and once again started scrolling his phone. "Neha, it was you right who helped Williams to target our marketing views, "asked Tom but I didn't say anything to him…

Suddenly, I felt the hand of James on my thigh. I instantly looked at his grip, and then I look into his cold eyes.

"He is asking you something..." Said James and removed his hand from my thigh.

"Don't touch me again...." I said to James and got up from my seat, I thought James will grab my hand but he let me get away from him so easily.

"Yes it was me Tom, and if I get the chance I'll once again help them.” I said to tom.

James and Tom start staring at me as they will burn me any second but I ignored their hateful gaze and sit away from them.

I rubbed my hand on my face in frustration and started thinking about my past.

Past:

I am feeling awful, I tried to take my baby out of my mind but no matter how hard I tried, I can't remove this disgusting feeling out of my mind. I lost my unborn baby because of my mistake…… That thought brought tears to my eyes.

"Come on guys what are you doing...?" Vikram yelled at his friends and made a very embarrassing face.

"Oh stop screaming at us or else we'll reveal all your secrets..." Akram threatened Vikram but Vikram glared at him.

"So, you guys will stay in Mumbai after marriage,” asked Atul

So where you guys are planning to go on your honeymoon, “they asked and their words made me very uncomfortable, I am not sure about this i*********e step.

When Vikram noticed my expressions, he pulled me close to him "guys, I want to take her somewhere and for god's sake, stop asking this kind of stupid question to her, " said Vikram and we both got up.

Vikram's friends also got up with us, Atul wrapped his arm around Sanjay's neck and shook his head dramatically.

"You already forget that you have friends, she changed you man, " said Atul, I took his words seriously and about to explain him but Vikram put his palm on my mouth.

"I'll kick your Ass so hard Atul if you again cracked this stupid joke," said Vikram, and once again all his friends laughed.

Vikram pulled me out of the cafe area and called his driver to bring his car. "Vikram, Mom will get so angry if she found out that I am going out with you at this time,” I said to Vikram but he didn't listen to me.

"I promise you, I will not pull you in any problem,” Vikram assured me with his words, and his love once again made me feel so guilty.

I wish I could return his feelings, his love, and his care but I know I couldn't do this.

"What are you thinking, let's go...." Said Vikram and pushed me into the car very carefully.

"Vikram what if one day you realized that I am not your right choice, what if I never become a good wife, what if I hurt you and your family unintentionally….?" I asked Vikram and he only smiled at my words.

"I am observing you for years, I know you'll not hurt anyone, and if you hurt me By mistake, I'll still stand by your side, " said Vikram, and his words made my heart clenched in pain. I instantly look out of the window because I don't want to show my tears to Vikram.

I felt Vikram's palm on my shoulder "it's wired to see you emotional, your sister always said that it's not easy to make you cry... ." said Vikram but I didn't say anything.

Vikram stopped the car at the mall and I looked at him. "Your jewelry shopping is left..., " said Vikram, and we both got out of the car.

"You don't need to buy jewelry for me, Vikky, you know I don't wear jewelry, said to Vikram but he held my hand and started pulling me towards the elevator.

"You look so exotic when you wear Jewelry, so shut up and let's go, " said Vikram.

The moment elevator got closed, I hugged Vikram tightly "if I ever hurt you, I won't be able to forgive myself,” I said to Vikram and he also wrapped his arms around me.

"You can never hurt anyone......." Said Vikram and placed a soft kiss on my head.

...Present Day......

The Air hostess shook me and I come out of my memories. "Ma'am are you ok, you are crying.." Asked the hostess and I instantly wiped my tears.

"I am fine, thanks for your concern, "I said to the hostess. "Ma'am do you want me to make a plate for you...?" She politely asked me and once again I shook my head "no thanks, I have no appetite..." I denied in an equal polite manner.

"Bring my plate here,” said James to the hostess and sit beside me. I look at James with a questioning look but I didn't get any reply from him.

The hostess came back with the food trolley and about to serve the food but James told her to get out and she instantly followed his command like she is his private slave.
