Jonah sat in his car, across the street from the building that Lockman had leased for his resident shop of horrors. He had been staring at the place for almost fifteen minutes, but still couldn't manage to pry his hands from the steering wheel. He looked at his reflection in the rearview mirror, closely inspecting the bearded face and hazel eyes. Those eyes had seen a great deal, and based on present evidence, they were going to see a great deal more. “This day will be wonderful,” he affirmed. “This will be a great day.
