We had to leave the party early because of Samantha's tantrum. I couldn't tell Zayden we were leaving because Samantha was all wet and so was I. Now, she's sitting next to me in the car, ignoring me with her arms crossed. I closed the windows to keep the cold air out and drove through the woods, glancing at her occasionally.
