Something is wrong.
I can feel it the second my paws hit the barrier to my land, and the sound of crying fills my mind to the point that I can’t breathe from the horror consuming my mind. Allison.
The pain she is feeling makes me pick up the pace. I had been going slower, feeling better, and I don’t know why.
I wanted to kill Ben for talking s**t to my face, and saving the girl he had, wasn’t my main objective before I saw her standing on the hood, making me feel strange. She killed three grown pack members. Guards that were undoubtedly sent out of her and the pups being too close to a border…. That part was still nagging me before I dropped everything from feeling my mate’s pain; something was definitely not right!
