Leonard's POV (Special POV)
I groaned in anger as she left my room angrily again. I didn't know why I kept on doing this. I lay on the bed as I sighed in regret. I was really terrible when it came to my words to anyone. I don't have the need to express myself with anyone. All I just do is to give orders, and that's why I'm failing deeply and making Melanin angry.
The first day I saw Melanin’s lifeless body on the ground in the forest, I didn't hesitate to run to her because I saw my mother in her. It was as if my mother came back. I couldn't bear to leave her there, so I carried her to my camp. I laid her on the bed and stared at her perfect brown skin.
