The weather cooperated. The jet flew above clouds and cornfields without a hiccup of turbulence. The only excitement Linda experienced had to do with the romance novel she picked up at the airport. The heroine had to save a bunch of kooks from a mad drug dealer, while looking for her true love. Meanwhile, the handsome Prince had wandered off, right when the main character needed him most. What an i***t.
When debarking the plane, she left it on the seat, unfinished. Maybe the next reader would appreciate it.
