“It’s good to see you again.” Jack welcomed the man into his home, as the door was closed behind Carol you could tell he was not too pleased by the current state of affairs. “It’s not polite to leave without saying goodbye, and even less so to take someone else’s clothes without asking for permission.” His tone is sweet yet condescending almost sounding as if he was gently correcting a misbehaving child.
“Well I didn’t really have a choice, I couldn’t find my own clothes.” Carol said as he said as he sat down at the chair near the table looking at the man in a suspicious manner.
