“Where…” Carol slowly opened his eyes, the room around him didn’t look familiar, there was no way this was his home, it was far too neat and tidy and it smelled of air freshener, something he didn’t bother buying. Upon further inspection he turned his attention to the man laying right next to him, sleeping too soundly for his own comfort.
“What the f**k am I doing here?!” Carol yelled out as he violently shook his boss’s shoulders and glared at him until the man opened his eyes.
“Can you be less noisy early in the morning?” Jack murmured with a raspy voice, his eyes were still closed and his expression was that of a tired hedgehog. “I need to get my beauty sleep.”
