“-him!” Lyric couldn’t see anything but could hear the muffled sounds around him, the rain hitting the concrete floor and the wooden shed, the soft lull of the leak dripping. But when he felt hands touching him, he got an adrenaline surge, and he shot up, his eyes still stinging, his vision blurry as he pushed himself further into the back of the wood.
