Isabelle's POV
‘My lady,” “My lady” , a voice called, interrupting me from my peaceful sleep.
I yawned and stretched my limbs as I slowly opened my eyes, adjusting it to the bright light from the sun that pierced through the window.
“I'm sorry to disturb your sleep My Lady, Miss Talia is here to see you,” a young maid in her mid twenties informed me.
“Miss Talia?” I asked groggily, fighting the urge to go back to sleep.
“Yes my Lady, it's twelve noon and she has been waiting for the past hour hoping you will wake up soon,” she replied.
“Why didn't anybody wake me up?” I questioned, embarrassed that I've slept for this long.
“I'm sorry my Lady, it was Alpha Ethan's instruction not to disturb your sleep,” she stated simply with her eyes glued to the floor.
