Staying at the blood moon pack without Ethan was really becoming tiresome and frustrating. The days were long and the nights even longer, but the thing that bothered me the most was the bit about Mila and her supporters. In his absence, I began to realize that Ethan was really the glue that held the whole pack together. An unrest finally began to settle on the whole pack, and I kept hearing about protests that were mostly triggered at the pack house.
To protect me, the pack guards were doubled at the Alpha's quarters where I lived, and my movements from the house to the gardens were restricted, and like a prisoner, I was required to remain indoors at all times while servants saw to my every need and want.
