Isabella’s pov
We were finally at the restaurant and were getting something to eat while sitting on our earlier reserved tab.
“So tell me what you meant earlier,” I asked curiously while sipping my juice.
“What?” She asked innocently while gazing at me with wide eyes.
“You said something about Ethan choosing me over someone else… Who is this person?” I arched my brows already knowing who she was referring to but I only wanted to move the conversation that could become stagnant and awkward at any moment.
“Oh she’s no one special, we had only met once, and believe me when I tell you she’s an actual pain in the ass you didn’t even want to deal with.” She rolled her eyes, seeming to recall their encounters and frowned. “Her name should be Elena.”
