I turned to Ethan immediately and noticed the smile on his face. "Family reunion?" I asked him with a hard stare on his face.
"What? Ethan didn't tell you?" His aunt asked immediately.
"I wanted it to be a surprise for her," Ethan replied with a shrug.
Yeah, dame right it is. I said within me. Why would he trick me into attending his family reunion as if I were now part of the family? Well, I was, in a manner of speaking, but what we shared was a contract marriage. I hoped Ethan wasn't really going too far with this.
